Thought i'd make a thread to disucuss our latest themes.

Mine it terrible at the mo. Mine is CBB6 with a custard background :sad:


Im still using Nicky's Mcfly one justnow.

Make sure Use Custom Theme? is Yes then click Save (the button underneath 'Do you want to share your custom theme with other users?')

Then select the theme under 'Use a Shared Theme' (bottom of page' and then 'Use theme'.

Anyway, 'Use Custom Theme?' has to be Yes to see other people's themes.

I think it is because you clicked the 'Use this theme' button in 'Use a Shared Theme' instead of 'Save' in 'Create Your Custom Theme'.

It's a little bit confusing, I might change that.

James, i made a theme, and then had a look at what other peoples was like, now i cannot get back to my Big Brother 10 theme? It is not coming up when i try to change to a shared theme, but i clicked on Share theme. Oh, it says we cannot see our own themes in the "Shared themes" drop down :S Can this possibly be changed?

I've made a muse one. I quite like it but I'm not happy with the background. I wanted black but the links on the background itself are also black and I don't know which one they are so I can change it. Still I'm happy. I might alter it later to have a new banner instead of one of my old ones.

I've made a new one since my old one was lost. It's quite simple I've stuck to whites and blacks mainly. I like it though.

Thanks guys, I've had an idea, if you don't want to lose your theme when you change it why don't you copy the hexcodes and such into a word document? That way you can just copy and paste it back if you lose it and want it back.

I can't hardly notice the difference K, It's still one of the best. As for XP, I'm stuck in my old ways. We've got Vista on the laptops but I can't get used to it.

I'm repeating myself but for the themes please remember to copy down the hexcodes you use into a word document. Just in case you lose your theme. :thumbs:

Well the 6 figure code is called a Hex Code. Each code corresponds to a different colour/shade of colour. Use this website to help you out :thumbs: http://html-color-codes.com/
