I would make the housemates TWITTER non-stop for the entire time they are in the house. Each Housemate has to take a turn and there must be at least 1 tweet per hour for the full 13 weeks.

I'd LOVE to see more BB5 style tasks, you know with the nettles and stuff. Really kind of 'edge of your seat' stuff and some say they were 'cruel' to some extent - but they are only nettles, after all.

and if they miss 10 the money given to the winner at the end is halved

Stamina tasks like the cardboard box or the gorilla swing task that pits the housemates against each other.

Maybe a toy train track, with an engine big enough for them to sit on in the garden going round and round and round and round until there is only a certain amount of people left.

Or

The Forth Road Bridge challenge where they would have to paint a scale replica of the road and rail bridges with small painbrushes continuously as they do the real thing. When they complete a coat of paint it is time to start at the beginning again.
