When do the housemates sleep?

I know Big Brother requires the housemates to be awake at certain times during the day, but some housemates stay up till 5 am and I imagine unless they are allowed to sleep until past 12 they can't be getting much rest. Anyone know during what times BB requires the housemates to be awake?

I THINK IT 10 WEEKDAYS AND SATUDAYS BUT 1030 SUNDAY

Was about 10, but with no live feed it doesn`t really matter so i think they may not bother with an alarm.

Well as BB is evil this year i think there probably will be an alarm which will be earlier that 10
