1. Its because the producers edit thing massively in the LF.

Eg. In the LF, Rachel confronted Luke and Bex and had a mini argument with them about them bitching about her and calling her fake. If that was shown on the HLs loads more people would support Rachel, they didnt like Rachel (the producers) do decided not to show it.

2. We cant get to know the HLs properly with 45 mins of footage a day and about 3 hours at night when they are awake which means less people will vote.

3. People like watching it when theres nothing on, especially unemployed people.

It's not totally about how entertaining the live feed is. It's also the fact that goings on in the house, even trivial crap, couldn't be observed if you wanted to. That lack of power isn't fun.

And frankly, most of the time I like that "boring" stuff more. Lack of live feeds is a travesty for people-watchers everywhere.
