Where can I find these little banners???

I`ve been here for like almost 2 weeks and dont know where to find..
"Banners?" if thats what their called, or "Sigs?" Dunno...

I See people with the little BB8 eye and it says
"award for banner"

Where can I find BB10 Banners?

I keep putting it on "Not Selected!"
And then it keeps going on the Lisa Section!
