How do I put up a banner???

The Karly one, and I dont know how to get it on..

It ient worken and I cant find this "Image Location" thing that hes on about.

You need to upload it to Tinypic or Photobucket and then put the image code in your signature which you can do by editing your profile. You can do this by clicking on "control panel" in the top right hand of your screen.
