She is obviously still really good friends with him and cares about what he thinks and infact what everybody thinks she reeps insecurity and as she mentioned she has been hurt alot in the past and maybe thats why she values her ex's opinion because he was one of the ones that didn't hurt her! She has the looks but you can tell by her body language she has low self esteem she covers it very well
