I feel sick... help needed

Okayy i keep gagging and its for no reason.
My throat is really dry and itchy so i keep pushing my tounge towards my throat to try and itch it but i just start gagging.

And when i eat i just feel like gagging as well, so i cant eat much, i felt fine earlier though :conf2:
