You become a mod, basically when the Admin decide they need more or new mods they pick them you can't just ask and be accepted, and you have to have been here a while before hand.

Since then me and sia have become mods. it was only a couple weeks ago, and theyre was a really ugli girl and a member called fanman* EDIT: *fanboy
