That is rather a harsh response. Perhaps you havn't been reading the papers of late and realised how bad the Labour government are and the Conservatives have a lousy leader who is not offering much for anyone but Nick Griffin certainly is.

I was having an in-depth conversation with Lauren about this; I can understand why people voted BNP without supporting them as a party; I happen to agree with a couple of their policies; but I am not a BNP supporter. People who openly admit to being BNP supporters get branded as racist; whether that is true of their beliefs or not, there's a massive stigma attached, and I doubt they are going to come close to power, ever.

There is a BNP member on here called Lauren. Thats refreshing to know. I can assure you that there is a lot more than a couple of the parties policies which you'd find favourable if you truly research what their party is all about and anyone who brands them as being a racist party is quite naive.

BNP voters are brave people. They fight for a better and brighter future for those suffering under a Labour government and the Conservatives and Liberals offer nothing.

Lauren isn't a BNP member; we were discussing how the BNP had won two seats, and I was saying how I could see why they had won them. I have done my research, I found a couple of policies that I agreed with. It's not naive to brand them a racist party; it is naive to assume that all of their policies are inherently racist, however.

They fight for a rascist party to be in power. I know not all of the BNP's policies are rascist and I respect that at this time people have lost faith in the big 3 governments because of the expenses and the money crisis.

However, some policies are rascist. The Gurkha's situation, the denial of the Holocaust, the fact they don't want more immigrants into the country. The party is fighting for Britian to go backwards in time, and we need a party which will move Britain and the rest of the world FORWARD.

Bringing in policies like stopping immigration will just make the world have a different judgement on Britain and it won't be a good one and its not a one we need at all.
