Haha.. I ask the same things to my 3 brothers.

Its the way they walk - its swagger I guess. He likes 'sagging his pants' ..
My friends use to do it because they used to have jackups (short trousers)... and some because they wanted to show off their underwear - its all down to preference. :P

Im from Romford, and everyone wears they're trousers like that in my street, hell, up till 17 I wore them like that. Its because he has a belt on, and because if he's wearing sweat bottoms the elastic holds them up.
