See your point of view, I think it is just the culture he knows and has been taught that we are not used to so we think he is wierd. Though he does seem to touch the girls at every opportunity. Or maybe he feels he got a chance with one of them or he has had so action in his life so far he cant handle it anymore

Maybe some truth in that. I think the girls are flirts with all the guys to be honest.
