Why are words on BB bleeped even though it's on at 10pm?

I was surprised to hear it last night because in the past anything has been allowed to air, including ****, mother ****er, etc.

Some words are considered offensive even after 9pm. Words such as "mother *******er" and "******" can not be aired - except maybe if they are said in a movie that the channel is airing - but the movie must air after 9pm of course.

They have the occasional swear word being used, but then they ruin it when they censor it too much!
