LIVE STREAMING...NOT

I've paid for live streaming but HOW can I get it sorted! I rang RealOnePlayer and was told it was BB's fault. I can't find any tech' support for this on Big Brother site.

I don't know Splodge, as you know I've had no real problems with the live streaming at all so i don't know what to suggest.

When I open Real Player in BB3 it goes round a loop which would continue ad-nausium...

I'm told a lot of people have given up and will be asking for their money back...... BUT I NEED IT>>>>>>PLEASE!!!!!

Do those who have got the live streaming HAVE TO put up with censureship blanks this year??........ I still can't make it work!!!!!:colour::colour::colour:

I haven't noticed any gaps in sound yet - we have heard what was being discussed when the sound was clipped on E4, however, because it is the same stream that gets shown on TV we do get the annoying shots of the chicken coop, its just that we can still hear the conversation.

Like you, I was getting realy frustrated with the lack of live streams, despite having paid!!!!

I'm not sure how I made this contact; BUT I began e-mailing someone at real Player, who was a real help and within 3 hours it wal all working.
