HaHa funny putting his matress in toilet.
At least the HM's trying to have a laugh and be entertaining
Get a sense of humour

Angel is well nice though to protect his bed lol

Bit of both, he should not have left the bedroom but they are childish to do it!

Spike
11-06-2009, 10:02 PM
Its neither
I can understand them wanting a laugh and a talk but surely they could have some manners and do it in another room
If I was Freddie I would be pissed off with them

He had every right to leave the bedroom because they were talking in the bloody bedroom at night! Why couldn't they go in the lounge? Also, why is this in the Saffia section?

They should have gone to the lounge, i feel sorry for him.

YEah very funny to do it, to someone you just rudely awaken, someone who told beg you to let him sleep. ANd someone who has just learned that you nominated him for eviction!

ONly Siavash who is in their group even told them, I dont think he would find it funny at the moment!

the other housemates are so borin. it would have been funny and is not really offensive

It isn't bullying at all.

To be honest, I did find it funny as a viewer, but if it happened to me I would be pissed off and wouldn't be laughing about it.

I'm more concerned for Angel though, constantly picking at everything she does. Especially on her birthday (LOL)

I'd be really peed off in Freddie's shoes - they had plenty of other places to go and chat, and he did ask them reasonably to keep the noise down.

3.3.am yeah i would be pissed. And like he said they could have left the room and gone somewhere else to talk and mess about. Pure selfishness, and Lisa i feel was the ringleader.

Lol @ Rodrigo having a go, Siavash surprised me by sticking up for Freddie and telling Cairon and Marcus (nice boxies by the way pmsl) to stop it.

Last year in Zante I was asleep in my hotel room at about 3 in the morning and this girl was on her mobile RIGHT outside my room and she was talking SO loud for about an hour! I just stormed out of bed like a bitch on crack, opened the bathroom window and screamed "SHUT THE **** UP1!!!!!!!!"

I heard her scuttle away quietly

good on Roderigo and angel ans Sree!! those people were being bl***y selfish. if they want to sit around talking they can go in one of the TWO living rooms, the garden, the kitchen, the diary room, the bathroom.....there are a ton of places where they can talk and be silly and not affect any1, but doing it in the bedroom is stopping people from sleeping and it is

S -E-L-F-I-S-H!!! Selfish, rude and inconsiderate. it was not just jokin git was downright nasty and spiteful. 'come on guys after all he's got to get up for work tomorrow ha ha ha' what a nasty little turd that Marcus is.

there's no need for people to go out of their way to be nasty and selfish and then get all aggressive towards anyone who calls them out on it. They were all making comments about him as a group, mocking, being rude and laughing AT him. and it is bullying actually, to have a bunch of people all mocking one person and laughing.

And putting the bed in the toilet was beyond pathetic. a nasty little actio to purposely upset a quite nice bloke.

GET MARCUS OUT!!

Oh ffs stop playing the bullying card.

They were having a laugh. It's not like he would have never got the mattress back is it!

People clutching at straws for a reason to dislike Marcus and Cairon me thinks.

Angel, Rodrigo and even Sree (who Im going off of every day) were so pathetic. Trying to look like the good samaritans by having a go at these horrible men

Are you blind?

Do you really think there was no mallis intended?

Have a joke with people that are up for a joke, but if you have a joke 5 secs after someone has told you off then its not a joke its retaliation in my opinion

Ok look at it this way! when i was watching it before Angel returned the matress, i was imagining how Freddie would feel if he came back to see his matress gone, and i did not think he deserved to feel that way, just so other people could have a laugh

Now I hated Halfwit before tonight, but Marcus is a grown man and should know better. I don't know if he's being bullied, but there was a group mentality and they acted like a bunch of children - not nice at all.

Respect for Angel, Rodrigo & Sree :)

No, No, No you are wrong

The point of BB is not to Entertain, your getting your reason for watching mixed up with the reason for BB

BB has always been a Social Experiment, that means every type of person you find in society, not just the lick it, smoke it, steal it, argue with it, climb it, through it over the wall, snog it, shuv it up ya minge, bregade.

Why do you think half the time BB perposly leave the HM's nothing to do, If they wanted MAX entertainment they could just stick fireworks up there jacksie's on a daily basis

Hey folks,

I think that they were all being arseholes frankly. It was way late at night and the guy is in the bedroom (where generally people go to sleep) and those idiots are in there chatting away, not even quietly.

I'm a laid back guy but I think I would have lost it at them to be honest, I think Freddie done well not to go crazy at them.

As for the bed thing, it was immature and not funny at all. I thought I was gonna like Marcus but the more I watch it the more I see that hes a pathetic middle aged man.

As I have said in another thread, they have no respect for other people only themselves and their pathetic little groupies. There are lots of places for them to talk and giggle, a bedroom is not one of them.

freddie has a great sense of humour! and also hes so funny on his own! some people in the house have to be funny within a group or through other peoples expenses!

12-06-2009, 09:16 AM
I realy didnt have much time for freddie to start with, but now he`s starting to grow on me the more i see him. but i dont think i wll ever be a huge fan of his

On saying that , i did feel sad for him, he stood and said to them that he was tired etc, and for then just to carry on talking showed a total disrespect for him, why not move to another part of the house if they wanted to chit-chat away., and ok moving the mattress was a little bit of fun, but again they new he was really tired, why try and wind him up further, we all no howw it feels to be knackered, and how easily we fly off the handle when weve got numptys being loud and annoying,

theres a thin line between havin fun and taking the pi** and being annoying

They went too far takin the piss, the man was obviousley not happy. Theres a group forming that think they can do what they like to people and they suck. I was really pissed off when they were havin a go at Angel for eating the beans when she hardly eats anything. It takes the piss, they stuff themselves with pizza and drink and then moan at her! Bang out of order! I dont see whats wrong with having the bedroom to sleep in after a certain time, and them that want to piss about can do it elsewhere

Im not sure if the mattress incident was bullying or not.

Childish, yes, though this is what B/B is all about isnt it, its why we watch it so we can comment on the incorrectness of others behavior??

I certainly wouldnt appreciate being woken and kept awake at 3am, esp after asking the others nicely to keep it down.
No one likes the p*ss taken out of them at the best of times, let alone at that time of the morning.

Im not really a Freddie fan, his droning voice drives me nuts, bit like having Lloyd Grossman in the house, but as a housemate he is entitled to some respect unless of course he has warranted none, which i dont think he has...

Dolphin-and-Whale
12-06-2009, 12:43 PM
Not just that incident but some of the housemates are bullying Freddie and Angel imo

ILoveFreddie
13-06-2009, 03:57 PM
I agree with Pheonix, haggis and NettoSuperstar.

I think that if it'd been 11pm, it would have been fair dos on the housemates, but at 2/3am it's a different story.

The thing is it would have been entertaining and funny if the person they were doing it to was in a good mood at the time, but the state Freddie was in he obviously wasn't. It's just inconsideration.

I did laugh at the 'Has to be up at 6am' but I think it was inappropriate.

There are many rooms as Freddie said to talk in, but instead Freddie has to go to the living room to get some sleep, it's not right.

Facelaugh
16-06-2009, 02:03 PM
It was totally bullying! He has a good point that the bedroom is for sleeping, and if they wanted to be up talking til 3am then they should go to the living room. They have an alarm and cant sleep in the day time, so who wants boring sleepy housemates during the day when we're up and watching them?

Everyone seems to be really ganging up against him and I feel really sad for him that he hasn't anyone he is really close to :( they need to bring in more people!

Moving his mattress to the toilet is just disgusting! and then Lisa seems to shout at him a lot cos he says intelligent stuff and she hates not being the centre of attention. And last night when Charlie and Chris pretended to play hide and seek.... that was horrible :( it was primary school behaviour!

Freddie's never been nasty to anyone! and he always apologises if someone takes what he says wrong. He's a good guy and deserves more respect!

Most people in there are annoying me as they are sooo childish :( someone like Freddie is a breath of fresh air :)

16-06-2009, 02:07 PM
I dont think it is bullying because he's not going in the DR crying about ut... and thats what i love about him, he;s been very mature.

Ive read on Facebook about his school days, i wouldnt worry abou Freddie, this is like a walk on the park and he is not a quitter, he went through horrible times and was picked on in school all the time, so i think Freddie thinks this is nothing.

yousoboo!

Freddie to win!

Prole
16-06-2009, 02:10 PM
I think he is being bullied, although I don't think it's really malicious. Charlie and Kris and the others probably treated other kids at school like this... kids who were a bit different. Freddie comes from a completely different background to the others and they ostracise him for that. Probably because they move in very limited social circles and never mix with anyone outside that group.

Even on this forum people have made some pretty poor remarks because Freddie comes from a different background. If one of the housemates was being singled out by "toffs" because they were working class, people would think it was outrageous.

I hate the B word! I think it is over used, but if Freddie is feeling like he is being bullied then BB should take note. (re: Lisa fight)

Freddie has asked (very politely) on numerous occasions for other HM to keep the noise down after one o'clock, this is not too much to ask and on previous BB's the Housemates agreed to keep the noise to a minimum in the bedroom.

Its not freddies fault that the undynamic duo can't amuse themselves without annoying him. They are like 3 year olds who need mummies constant attention!

Freddie sleeping is more enjoyable frankly!

It's simply a childish joke, no-where near bullying. They do it because he acts all calm and content constantly, they want to crack him - which is quite funny

A childish joke, yes! That's the point really, Kris and Charlie need to learn to grow up! And yes, it is bullying also.

CaPPa
20-06-2009, 08:10 PM
If Halfwit wasn't as calm as he is then it could be worse, because some of the other HMs would crack if they were treated like he is.

If they liked him then I'd be more inclined to think of it all as a joke but because they dislike him it seems to be more like school yard bullying.
