Angel isn't my favourite or anything, but throughout the day people were having goes at her, like Lisa and Saffia about the cereal, and Kris with the beans or something, and I hear Lisa also had a go at her about tissues?

But it was her birthday and she had a party for one in the diary room, and she was crying, aww it really made me feel sorry for her, having that much grief on her birthday. She should have told people, maybe they would have been nicer

She should have told them it was her birthday. But maybe she didn't want a fuss. Or maybe she did tell them and all the "Happy Birthday"s were edited out. So much else was edited out so it's a possibility.

Don't I remember someone saying earlier in the week that it was Angel's birthday this week? I'm sure I didn't dream it. What a sad little birthday party. She doesn't fit in because she doesn't talk endlessly about boob jobs and lip gloss, or join in while the others sit around grooming each other like a load of monkeys.

I was thinking the same...did none of the housemates know it was her birthday because I'm sure I heard Rodrigo or someone discussing the number of birthdays while they in the house and the dates on the first or second day?

Feel very sorry for Angel at the moment, she seems very sensitive and a really caring person, I like her..just not sure she's got the mental strength to last as a housemate and I think she'll gradually become more and more isolated by the rest of the housemates.

Angel is more intresten than Rachel, I do like Angel now though..

Angel's party for one made me smile so much, I was grinning away when they were showing that, I felt sorry for her the way people have been having a go at her, yeah she's doing some things that other people don't like, but it's the gang mentality of everyone chipping in that I don't like, it was just really nice to see her get away from it all and get to celebrate her birthday in the Diary Room in peace. Angel is harmless enough.....shame her birthday celebration wasnt shared with the other housemates. Bit sad really, but who knows she might not have wanted a fuss made...

A Russian themed party would have been nice.

As for the girls highlighting the cereal and bean incident i doubt it would have made any difference if it were her birthday or not.

i think even if the housemates did no it was her birthday that is how she would have liked to have spent it- alone as she has always been alone she said.

i have to say i respect angel and think she is a very interesting person- i think this the wrong show for her-

and to gang up and pick on her the way they did was unfair, she was eating the beans because everything the housemates ate she wont eat so fair play to her

i was quite shocked how lisa kept going on and on and not allowing angel to put her few pence in but did I notice a little smile on angels face when she left that room?

I do hope it was.

( I dont have a favourite at the moment but I really trust that angel gets a lot of support when its deserved.)

I've always liked Angel, but after Thursday's daily, I've grown to really love her. She may look tough on the outside, but she really is a sweet person inside. And yes, I do feel bad about how much she has been picked on. First it was Rodrigo getting mad at her about being negative, and then a group of people pick on her about food. Hang in there, Angel!
