Huge shakeup to Eviction Format. Davina's role is reduced....!!!

With Davina McCall at the helm, the first episode of Big Brother’s Friday night interview programme will give housemates an even more rigid interrogation with a brand new section of the show.

Having escorted the evicted housemate to the studio for her regular and irreverent grilling, Davina will be accompanied, for the first time, by two special guests who will join her in the questioning.

The first guest - a celebrity, ex-housemate, devoted fan or probing journalist, will quiz the housemate with the perspective, passion and curiosity of the viewer. The second guest, an expert with knowledge of the Big Brother experience, will share their insights and observations about how the housemate fared. Each week, as the evictee changes, so will the guests.

Big Brother’s Friday night interview programme is on at 10:35pm on Channel 4.

It does seem a huge improvement on the current format. Davina has never given the questions we all want to ask, just hope the guests will. Even if the producers still check the questions first...

great idea. Dav gets accused of going in to soft ( and sometimes too hard) in these interviews which lead to idiots thinking it's rigged. This will mean ALL the hard questions will be asked.

The whole eviction process needed changing in my opinion, might even bring a few more viewers with it being changed. And lets face it that would`nt be a bad thing! Good on them for making a change am looking forward to seeing how it all goes tonight.:thumbs:

It sounds really good and I hope it lives up to my expectations. I found the the Davina segment very flat and same-y for a couple of years now, so hopefully this could zap it up big-style.
