I had waited 217 days for this and it was finally here! My chance to see Take That in Dublin-the first Irish concert I’ve been to in years. Me and my mum sent off at 6.15 and having got lost quite a bit, arrived at the stadium gates at 8.00 to find about 15 other people in front of us. Groups turned up every about half an hour for a while and by 11 o’clock probably every ten minutes. I met some lovely people in the queue-all going to at least 5; one fan was going to 18! I felt like I was at home, we were all just as mad as each other! By about half 3 the queue had about 300 people in it so they had to move us to another area. What followed was absolute chaos, running, being moved all over the place, people who had been there for hours nearly getting pushed to the back. Mental, it should have been organized much better. When it came to the actual running to the pitch I have never been so terrified! I was legging it with 20 guards all yelling at us crazy lot to slow down but we weren’t going to stop! My shoe nearly came off and I practically hobbled to front row! I saved a spot for my mum who turned up like 2 minutes later. I was soo ecstatic I was shaking and nearly cried!! I was next to a person who I recognised off the net which was weird! The couple on my mum’s side were really lovely-they were doing 5 dates. So we settled in and waited for the first support act.

Gary Go came on at about half 6 and played for about half an hour, he was quite good. After he went the Trafalgar Square ad came on the screens and we all sang along to Hey Jude! After a little while The Script came on and they were BRILLIANT! I never realised how hot the singer was! After they did The Man Who Can’t Be Moved, we cheered so loud that he nearly burst into tears. He said he was so happy to have such a good reception from his home town. After they went another 20 minutes went by and the show started!

A dozen fat clowns in cloud costumes appeared with MASSIVE balloons and went onto a little runway from the A to B stage, where a huge gramophone and a pushy thing(no idea what it was lol) were already. This circusy music filled the stadium as they pushed the thing up and down and made their way over to the B-Stage where a man appeared out of a huge balloon! He proceeded to jump up and down until the balloon popped. I can’t really remember how but suddenly the guys appeared on the B-Stage and I went mental! I even said sorry to the person next to me, lol!

They broke into Greatest Day with everyone singing along and shoving their arms in the air (like Mark does in the vid with ‘Hold On Hold On’). They looked amazing in military type uniforms.
After GD, they sang Hello with them climbing up and down these really big bright ladders and these clowns doing all these dance moves on the stage. There were hugee flowers as well, some newspapers and empty television boxes. Hello was bright and cheerful.
Could it be Magic came next, which was a surprise as I didn’t think they’d do it! Everyone was singing along while the boys jumped up and down on stage.
Pray brought some much needed dancing with all the old moves still being used-you can’t beat it! The guys MD and piano player came onto the B-Stage and another huge surprise came when they sang A Million Love Songs, everyone was swaying and the fans were screaming! Mark sat on top the piano and swung himself backwards which was funny!
Back for Good was quite early in the show, one of the loudest songs of the night. The boys were covered in rain (and half the crowd properly were too!) as they sang the old classic and near the end they got the umbrellas out. The boys moved to the as a giant elephant magically rose up from the stage. I saw one picture of it but it was so much cooler in real life! The boys were atop the elephant as they sang The Garden as the elephant walked back towards the main stage! They got to the end where a little bridge appeared and they disappeared under the main stage.
The tent which has previously been over the main stage lifted up and the stage got sooo much bigger, revealed a massive circular screen as lots of circus acts did some tricks. The boys came back on in white and red outfits and sang Shine. It was unreal how close they were, when Markie walked over to our side, I say he was mere metres away! It was amazing. Mark was wearing a huge hat as per usual and lots of stomping! They did the end of the song the same as the vid with Jay and How swinging Mark over a box! After Shine Mark had said his trousers had spilt! Everyone showed off off off until he said that was the old Take That!
Next was Up All Night, where all the guys played their own instruments (Gaz-piano, Jay and Mark-guitar and Howard on drums). There was a black and white picture playing of their outlines on the circular screen. Up All Night felt like a giant party.
What came next was a HUGE surprise! After Gary has observed how tight Jason’s trousers were and went ‘You can get great stuff in M&S’ which everyone cheered! Everyone began to show off off off again until Jay said his dad was in the audience and he said he thought the next song should have been a single! I was amazed when he started to sing Wooden Boat. It was beautiful. The huge screen then did a close-up of Jay which lasted for the whole next song! Jay swapped his guitar for an electric one and sang How Did It Come To This which is a very fast song, I was out of breath singing along! The security kept looking at us as if we were mental, lol! Jay did amazing; he has come so far since the last tour.
The boys then left the stage except Gary who went to the runway and sat at the piano. We all had a singsong with snippets of Love Ain’t Here Anymore, Babe (which was very strange to hear Gary sing) and Nobody Else for the dedicated fans! The next song was The Circus where a man walked across a tightrope suspended in the air above the stages and did some brilliant tricks. He was incredible, Gary’s spotlight was stolen!
The guys all reappeared wearing stripy tops and bright trousers carrying boxes. They sat on some crates and Howard began to sing What Is Love. They all opened the boxes and proceeded to put on their own clown make-up. Singing and applying make-up at the same time-now that was good! The guys also produced bright top hats adorned with their initial and bright jackets.
Another giant surprise came when the guys started Do What Ya Like which including lots of trusting! Amazing. All the dedicated fans went mental. The dancing was brilliant-very old school! Do What Ya Like was part of a medley including Promises and Only Takes a Minute where Mark, Jay and How all did some breakdancing and rolled over each others backs! Then the unicycles appeared with Howard and Jay putting them in a very rude place! They rode ride out to the B-Stage with Mark being very persistent and practically being pushed down with the help of 2 dancers. Then Gary appeared on a kid’s tricycle and the stadium burst into laughter-it was so funny!
Upon reaching the B-Stage the guys started Said It All which strangely enough I forgot had existed considering it’s one of my favourites. It was so moving live, I nearly cried! They walked back towards the main stage as they sang and disappeared yet again under the stage.
Ton loads of drummers appeared on stage and began to play a tune as circus acts performed around them. It was like the start of Take That Come to Town. Their was a giant symbol on the circular screen. The boys came back on stage in gorgeous yummy gold and black military outfits. Howard sang the fan anthem that is Never Forget, he looked so happy! We all shoved our arms in the air and when the clapping began I looked around the stadium and it was a sight to behold. 83,000 people all doing the Never Forget claps at the same time, it was incredible.
The guys sang Patience with lots of emotion and you could hear the ‘Iiiiiiiis’ ringing around the place. Brilliant. Gary said it was their 2nd to last song which scared me as I knew they had 3 songs left that they couldn’t not do.
When the guys had left the stage, this huge top hat came out of nowhere which turned into a giant puppet with the creepiest face ever! The scantily clan dancers appeared and there were even some in cages! The fire started to come out of the stage and it was ROASTING. I seriously thought it was going to burn! It was not a nice feeling; the poor security guards were hiding under the front row’s coats! The guys came back in sparkly waistcoats, black trousers, big hats and WHIPS! Omfg-now that was yum. They did the classic dance moves with lots of leaping and whipping thrown in too. This new voice rang out as a woman came on to sing Lulu’s part. It turned out she was the original Relight singer! She said she adored the boys and we all cheered. Milton (guitar guy) came on and did a solo as the fire kept going, couldn’t wait for him to finish!
Gary having said it was their 2nd to last song with Patience, we thought there was just one left and they had to sing Rule the World. However there were 2 songs left! My favourite track of the album Hold Up A Light was full of lights and strings players and lots of dancers on the runway. The guys were all wearing black except Markie who was wearing an all in one silver bodysuit! Very Markie, very yum. Rule the World ended the night, it was amazing, very emotional and the crowd sang along and the fans gave it their all. The guys ran around the stage singing goodbye and I looked up into the sky as they sang ‘All the stars all coming out tonight’ and I saw a few. Gold fireworks illuminated the sky as the guys smiled and finished RTW. They bowed, waved around and went off stage.
It didn’t rain all day, I can’t remember when but Jay, Mark and Howard all looked at me at some point! I couldn’t put into words how amazing it was to have my boys just a few metres away, all the stress and everything was completely worth it. It was the best concert in the whole world ever; the atmosphere was out of this world. I can honestly say I have never been so happy and it was the greatest day of my life.

Jeez, didn't think my 26th would be this long! Will put 27th and 28th up later or tomorrow, have to type them first!

26th June
Up at 4am, flight was at 6.30am, arrived at our hotel about 8.30ish I think. After thankfully having a room free, we checked in where they asked if we were going to the tour and gave us a 5 page leaflet about it! It was amazing; it seemed nearly everyone staying there was going! Amazeeeee. Then we went in search of breakfast. Best I could find was veggie sushi in Tesco Express down the road! So after that and attempting to fall asleep in front of the telly me and my mum went to sleep for a while, me for a good 3 hours! By then it was 2 and we went down to the hotel restaurant where they had a special Take That menu where all the dishes were named after Take That songs! I ordered ‘All I Want Is You’ which was some cheese thing for starter. For main I got ‘The Garden’ pizza which was a margarita with salad and they had cut out the edges to make it into a symbol! AMAZING! It was like the hotel was Take That mad. For dessert I got ‘Meaning of Love’ which was lemon torte-yum. We started walking to the stadium at about 4 and soon bumped into loads and loads of Thatters, along the way there were lil mini TT cards on the road! Once we were about 3 minutes away from the stadium there was a Thatter eruption-TT tops, symbols, hats, screams, people selling stuff-absolutely everywhere. We picked up the tickets from the box office and then it was merchandise time! I had to go to 3 different stalls as they didn’t have want I wanted in all of them-throughout the 3 I got 6 t-shirts,hoody,umbrella,2 posters,2 necklaces, braclet, red nose a hat and a keyring( I got another t-shirt and picture cards the next day). As I had promised my mum seats in Manc we went to the GA seats which were WAYYYYYY at the back, we got 3rd row middle in the middle somewhere. Before Gay Go, there was the usual music playing, singsongs and people watching. There was also a TT blimp, birds and balloons going across/up and down on the screens Being at the back for this concert made me notice the people going to a Take That concert. I say about 50% were women from 20ish to late 30ish but there were kids from 3(boys and girls) right up to 70 year old women! There was families, couples, friends, all sorts.
Gary Go came on about 6 and he was alright, he dedicated his song ‘Wonderful’ to Michael Jackson, saying he had been a huge influence for him and anyone in music who said he was lying.
James Morrison came on about half an hour later, best song was definitely Broken Strings. He was very good live. He dedicated his last song to Michael Jackson, although I can’t remember what song it was.
The guys came on about 8.30; there was the balloons and all the other stuff going on. The balloons went off into the sky and the guys appeared singing Greatest Day! Then they all introduced themselves, Mark getting the loudest cheers and broke into Hello and then they went down the steps of the B-Stage and starting shaking the crowd’s hands!!!! Sooo going to the B-Stage one of my London dates. For Could it be Magic there was mad dancing all around-the boys and us! Although Jay was mad dancing all night! Pray was proper dancing, with all the guys hugging in the middle during the song-so cute! A Million Love Songs had lots of swaying and singing, Mark ‘conducted’ the crowd. Back for Good has the rain with Gary saying ‘Bring on the rain’ and them laughing at the wet audience-the meanies! Amazingly BFG is no longer the loudest song at a TT concert although it was still very loud! The boys shove the microphones towards the crowd a lot during BFG. Next came the elephant, the boys looked so happy when everyone wooped. I spotted Briony hanging off the back as the tail; she was tossing her head about like a mad woman! When the reached the stage Mark said ‘Are you ready to run away to the Circus?’ Shine began immediately with all sorts of Circus acts going on on stage and the ringmaster also saying ‘It’s what you’ve been waiting for! Welcome to the Circus!’ Mark strutted out in this white outfit and big top hat-no spilt trousers this time  Loads of very long ‘Shineeeeeeeeeeeeeee’ notes coming from the crowd though. Up All Night again felt like a ginourmous party, with Jay going afterwards ‘I could see some Up All Night’ dancing going on out there!’ Next it was Jay’s turn to mention Michael Jackson, saying it was hard to do a concert after such a sad thing happening. Jay said the moonwalk was the first ever dance move he learned with Howard saying Gaz was still trying to learn, lol! It was touching. Jay then his little bit with Wooden Boat and How Did It Come to This. The crowd completely pissed me off during WB as loads went to the toilet. For HDICTT, Jay got us clapping our hands and thanked us. He said they said thanks a lot but there was nothing like saying it front of a live audience-loud wooping ensued. The boys then left the stage and Gary and his piano and the tightrope walker took the spotlight. Gary’s vocals on The Circus are unbelievable! They sound better than on the album, although personally I think the boys sound better live than recorded anyway. What Is Love was next and it was finally Howard’s chance to shine-it still amazes me they can put on make-up and sing at the same time! The 90’s medley was next-thrusting, dancing, with Gary’s moonwalk getting a huge cheer. The unicycles appeared and when How was getting on he moved his emm equipment to get on and the camera zoomed in! I swear half the place was nearly fainting! Jay was next, him and Howard are amazing on the unicycles, going all the way down the runway and around the B-Stage. Mark had to be helped up again-a gag to his shortness and he fell off at the B-Stage although that’s intentional: P Gary then appeared on his trike and send the whole place off-still so funny! Then they did some more dancing and all DROPPED THEIR PANTS!!!! They revealed TT boxer shorts-place went MENTAL! I couldn’t get a pic though as smoke came up at the same time-grr. Said It All is amazing live, the chorus was very loud from the crowd. It’s the most moving song live. Never Forget, fan anthem for a reason! Hands in the air-incredible! Patience was so easily the loudest song of the night, well joint. Everyone sang and Markie did his usual yummy stomping. Relight had the scary man, the sparkly costumes and the WHIPS! Argh. The fans did the arm movements for the ‘strong enough to walk on through the night’ bit too. Then as the guys waved bye, loads of people actually started to live! For Hold Up A Light, Mark comes up crouched over (in a yum way) in his gorgeous sparkly bodysuit-lots of pretty lights, lots of jumping up and down. The guys go back to the B-Stage for their wave bye and then it was RTW song! Gary said they were dedicated this song to Michael Jackson and to look up into the sky and see a star and it would be him. We all launched into Rule the World, arms up, voices loud as we all looked up into the sky and sang our hearts out. I started to cry at this as RTW really does bring out the emotions live. The guys went around waving bye, with Gary+How and Jay+Markie hugging on the 2 sides of the stage as the fireworks lit up the sky. Then they waved, thanked us all, bowed and left. The Manchester atmosphere was unreal, nowhere like hometown!

Oooh official article. I didn't hear Gaz say 'you should have heard me backstage'.

US pop star Lady Gaga is to miss performing at a second Take That concert in Manchester due to illness.

Angry fans complained after the star failed to appear as one of the support acts at the Old Trafford Cricket Ground on Saturday, with no explanation given.

A spokesman for Lady Gaga told the BBC the star pulled out at the last-minute as she was "feeling unwell" and would not be performing on Sunday either.

He added she was "currently resting on doctor's orders".

"Lady Gaga was feeling unwell on Saturday and, after consulting her doctor, the decision was reluctantly taken that she was unable to perform with Take That at Old Trafford last night and tonight.

"Lady Gaga is currently resting on doctor's orders, but is looking forward to rejoining Take That at Wembley next weekend.

"She would like to thank Take That for supporting her decision, and apologise to the band and her fans for being unable to perform," he added.

Take That will finish their tour at Wembley on 5 July
The 50,000-strong crowd booed after a big screen notice announced on Saturday the singer would not be performing.

According to fans, first support act Gary Go entertained the audience instead, but began an hour later than originally scheduled.

A 31-year-old fan from Stockport said: "It was a bit disappointing because there was nothing to get you going. You were stood there like a sardine."

Margaret Graves, 58, of Hoylake, Wirral, said: "Gary Barlow said 'thanks to Gary Go whose got us out of a real spot'."

She added he apologised to fans for Lady Gaga's non-appearance and said: "'Don't get me started, you should have heard me backstage'."

Fans have been posting their disappointment on Take That's website with one writing: "How dare Lady Gaga not turn up? She lost herself 50,000 fans last night!"

The star performed a one-hour set at Glastonbury on Friday night.

Word on the forum is that Lady GaGa did the soundcheck and was fine(the people in the queue heard her) and the security told some people that she wanted a bigger stage to perform on and they said no and she said she didn't want to perform! Cheek of her. Apprentley the boys don't want her back and are having The Script do her dates instead.

Will do 27th and 28th reports tomorrow, need my bed!

27th June
We were supposed to be at 10.30 for our breakfast but instead after tossing and turning all night I didn’t wake up till half 1! After a shower and some telly we went in search at lunch at 3ish on the way to the stadium. Seeing that Pizza Hut had a hugee long line Thatters coming out its door I suggested we get food there. Reached the stadium at 4ish and after collecting the tickets we went to front row aisle seats of the GA seating-I wanted them as there was much more dancing space after getting squished the night before! After buying a small bit of merchandise I went in search of lunch and brought 2 plain pizzas and 2 bottles of water-disgusting and warm respectively, urgh! Later I got a Bacardi Breezer after one of the many drinks people walking around. There was the usual singsong of Valerie, the Bob Marley ‘one life, one love’ song and the usual annoying ads. There was an old man tap dancing on the pitch-too cute! I also did some people watching and declaring that there was less men then the day before. At 6ish the ringmaster came out and introduced Gary Go, by this time I had this speech pretty much off by heart and was talking along with him, causing some people on the pitch in front of me to laugh! The intro vid played but then after that, no-one appeared and the screen went back to ads and music. There was much confusion and a while later a message appeared on the screens which read ‘Unfortunately Lady Ga-Ga will not be performing tonight, Gary Go will be on at 7.05’ Lots of WHAT rang around the place before the booing began. Gary Go did come on at 7.05 and did a longer set than usual, including a cover of Just Dance. He mentioned Lady GaGa and we all booed again. He said he didn’t know the words and he had them in front of him! For one song he said ‘I’m dedicated this to Howard and I went WHY well loud before he said the rest of the boys names, lol! He was the best I had seen him so far, he seemed much more confident. As he was finishing his set the rain began. It was light and then it got heavier and heavier. Soon everyone was soaked to the skin and the black plastic over the pitch flooded causing huge huge HUGE puddles. My mum had gone off to get rain ponchos from the merc stand after about 15 minutes of being drenched and they helped a good bit. Hey Jude was played as usual and we all sang along trying to keep our spirits up. Later Singing in the Rain was played as well as Push the Button. The rain had people dancing and skidding around on the pitch, everyone was SO wet! About 5 minutes before the boys came on the rain started to get lighter and the ringmaster’s voice came over the tannoy, saying Take That had asked for all brollies to be put down so we could get wet together.
Micraously just as the intro began, the rain disappeared! It was in and out with drizzles for the some parts of the show but never came back as heavy as it had been. In the intro some of the cast had the rain ponchos on which I found funny. I don’t why but the rain had somehow made the atmosphere much better and the crowd was louder and dancing more than they had done the day before. As Gary began GD he shouted out ‘It’s raining Manchester but we don’t care!’ which was greeted which lots of cheering. Due to the little bit of rain during Hello Mark’s hair was wet and he looked soooooo yummy! That man just seems to get hotter every show. They shook each others hands at the top of the ladders and went around the B-Stage crowd again! When Gaz was singing Could it be Magic he sang ‘Baby take me’ then WHERE? And the crowd ‘High up on a hillside’ and then ‘Where the stallion meets the sun’ Pray was the usual routine with added crazy dancing and hugging! The piano wasn’t there for A Million Love Songs which I’m presuming was because of the rain as Jamie was introduced later with the rest of the band. The rain in Back for Good made no difference for once was everyone was already soaked! They shoved there microphones in the crowd as we sang and swayed. The Garden was gorgeous as usual and as the elephant came up, there were camera flashes everywhere around the stadium! Mark said his circus line again and then Shine began. Everyone sang along as Mark ran along the runway and we all the Shine arm waves. Up All Night had people dancing in the puddles on the pitch-most dancing of the night-big party! Jay then starting chatting with us and had us all laughing, can’t remember why, I was too busy staring at his gorgeousness. And then he said he had us on his side and started Wooden Boat. The stadium always seems to go quiet during WB which annoys me no end. I sang every word and wooed ‘GO ON JASON’ quite a bit although I doubt he could hear me when my spot at the back. He then thanked us and Gaz did his usual Jay trouser M&S joke. He then said he is also wearing M&S underwear which prompted the usual OFF OFF OFF from the crowd. Jay said he something about leaving his thong at home but Howard still wore his leather one from back in the day. How then went ‘Don’t be telling them my fetishes!’ Sooo funny, How is so the dark horse of the band. How Did It Come To This was next and Jay got us all clapping along and the devotees also sang. He then went ‘Take That do rock and roll, who would have thought it, eh?’ as he laughed (yum). I don’t think HDICTT is rock and roll though! As the guys went off stage, Gaz went to his piano and did his usual thanking us for the Kili climb thing and began The Circus. I was still amazed how flawless and powerful Gary’s voice is during this. The tightrope walker was brill as usual. What is Love was next and the balloons got stuck in the circular screen! And poor Markie’s rose fell down! Do What Ya Like medley had the thrusting, the breakdancing, and boybandish about it with the crowd screaming along. The guys did their unicycling and How did the rude bit again! And Markie did his short gag. As Gary came up to the B-Stage on his trik the guys shook their heads at him for stealing the limelight from their unicycle skills! Then the medley continued with the guys running about the stage to TTAP and then dropping their pants. They pull them up too fast-I still ain’t got a picture! Said It All most moving as always and the crowd sang especially loud for the chorus, heart this song! The tickertape got streaming out at the end. As the drumming began for Never Forget the crowd were getting very excited. The arms and the singing are amazing every time. And How always looks so happy! Patience was the joint loudest song for the 2nd night in a row. I’m proud of the boys that all the loudest songs, all the ones which the crowd seem to love the most are all new ones. For Relight there was the whips and the fire and this time Markie got in one of the cages and was dancing with one of the girls! Then as they waved bye, loads of people started to leave! I was shouting that it wasn’t over but no-one seemed to be paying me much attention. Mark came up smiling while crouched over in his sparkliness-my fav outfit of the tour. And after singing a bit the other boys came out the front of the stage. HUAL was the usual loads of singing, lights and jumping up and down. As they thanked everyone, it came to the support acts and Gaz went ‘Thanks to our support acts tonight-Gary Go and Gary Go!’ which got lots of booing. Gary went ‘Don’t get me started! You should have heard me backstage. No really mate; you got us out a spot tonight’ Fecking cheek of GaGa! As they said they would be doing Rule the World as their last song they all took out at least one earpiece with Gaz and Jay taking them both out. It was loud, moving, with the guys hugging at the side of the stage and the fireworks lighting up the sky. I adore the atmosphere during RTW-everyone singing, everyone with their arms in the air. As they finished and bowed Mark went ‘There’s nowhere like home!’ and they disappeared of the stage. Although nothing has beaten Dublin yet, it was definitely the best atmosphere yet.

28th June
Woke up at half 10 and we went down for breakfast. I ate like half the food they had! I wouldn’t have the chance to get any food for the rest of the day so I had to stock up! I asked for a copy of the TT menu and they actually gave me one! How nice. Then was the packing which wasn’t exactly fun. My umbrella was sticking out the top of my bag. We sat around the lobby for a hotel and at 2 the taxi turned up. My mum was off to the airport to go to Portugal and I was going stalking! Or as Thatters like to call it ‘craving’. I was very nervous but also excited. When the taxi got there there was already about 50ish people dotted about the street. I sat down on a pavement with all my bags and waited. I chatted to some people and moved around a few times, eventually dumping my bags at the hotel wall and moving close to the door. Before that, while on the other side of the street Gaz’s family came out the side of the hotel! Dawn had Emily and Dan and James/Paul (the security guys I can never tell them apart) was carrying Daisy in car seat. Dan and Emily were gorgouous, wearing TT tops with their names across the back and they were smiling at us all, Em had like half her teeth missing! As Dawn was putting Daisy in the car I glanced in and she is the cutest thing! Small lil thing with huge blue eyes and a lil button nose and a tuft of blonde hair. She was sucking on a dummy and she looked at me! New claim to fame-Gary Barlow’s 6 month old looked at me :P This was about 2.20,after moving to the other side, I noticed some paps, apprentley one of them took a pic of Gary’s family which wasn’t very fair as Gaz wasn’t with them. None of the fans took any pics of them; we all just wanted a quick glance at Daisy! After a while there was about 200 people there and it was getting frantic. People who had been there the day before said they come out at 2.30 and it was nearly half 3 at this rate. James and Paul were putting stuff in the back of a car and we were getting hopeful. But then a few minutes later there was screaming and loads of people running to the side of the hotel. I stayed where I was as I had no clue what was going on. I ran down for 2 secs and saw a car skidding away. The people came back and said the guys were all gone along with James and Paul and they hadn’t stopped for anyone. Having done it the last few days of being there when there was less people I’m presuming they thought it just wouldn’t be safe. I was a bit disappointed but kinda glad they didn’t stop for anyone as then I knew I didn’t really miss out by not running to the side quick enough. I picked up my many bags and went in search of a taxi. I got to the airport ages before my flight and was so bored. At security the bleeping thing went off and they searched off and I was so flustered I fecking left my passport and boarding card in the tray! I was in WHSmith when I got called to security-oh the embarrassment! The flight was quick and then there was the bus and I was back home from my Manchester experience. Oh how I’ll miss it! 4 days to Wembley!

Pics soon!

To everyone who saw us on tour…

Well, what can we say? We’ve just come to the end of some of the most incredible weeks of our lives. The tour was an even more amazing event for us than we could have possibly hoped, and a very big part of that is down to the wonderful audiences we had each night.

Thank you so, so much for all your continued support. We feel hugely privileged to have such brilliant fans and we hope you enjoyed the show as much as we enjoyed performing for you.

With all our very best wishes

3rd July

Woke up at 10, later than I had planned! Arrived at the stadium about half 12 and the line was already HUGE, I think I was in about the 7th pen. They were playing music over the speakers and had a text service. They stupidly played a lot of Robbie which was very annoying. I chatted to a few people in the queue but not many. We were let through at about 4ish and I was I think the 2nd or 3rd lot to be let through. After the whole ‘STOP RUNNING SLOW DOWN’ usual thing I got to the top of the stadium steps and could see that front row and mostly second row for both stages were already full. I settled for 3rd row of the B-Stage at the front bit. There was a sign there saying ‘Take That Splash Zone. Anyone within 8ft of the B-Stage Barrier may get soaked’ more like WILL! I soon met some lovely people-a couple and a mum and a daughter, all 4 who liked them but thought I was mental, lol! They were so nice though-they saved me spot when I went to the loo and were really chatty. I didn’t feel like I was by myself at all. Gary Go came on about 6 and he did his usual set. The Script were next and they were brilliant, again! There was also the usual ads, songs etc.
Before I knew the bubble woman appeared on the B-Stage, the show was started! She was soon followed by the big skirt woman, the evil guy, the ringmaster, the balloon man guy and some clowns. Being so close to the B-Stage, it was the only time I actually saw the intro properly. With Joe the clown popping out of the balloon and swinging all over the place before all the other balloons came and helped him reach the sky. I could see the guys behind the balloons before they went up and omfg when they were revealed I never heard such hysterical screaming in my entire life-it was mania. But they were SO CLOSE! I was proper shaking! GD was the usual. I finally got a pic of the boys hugging. For Hello Mark was SOOOOO close, he was right at the front bit and maybe about a metre or two away. I was screaming so much and he did this little dance for Hello and his bum was right in front of my face-YUM! For Could it Be Magic, when they did a bit of dancing at the front bit, they were so close, it was unbelievable. Pray was brilliant to see up close with the amazing dancing. For A Million Love Songs, Markie conducted the crowd and kept smiling and laughing. Oh he was so gorgeous<3. I think he was touched by how mental we all were-lol! During AMLS I knew BFG was next so I had a right old struggle with my poncho and missed half of AMLS! For BFG we got soaked! I was hiding under my rain poncho the whole time as I didn’t want my glasses to get wet or I would have missed loads. So I looked up when the rain wasn’t there. Good thing about being to so many-you know when everything is! I remained quite dry which I was pleased about! The Garden was next and seeing that elephant so close was unreal! Mark looked so pleased at the crowd’s reaction. It was sad they were leaving our stage though  . Next up was Shine with the usual longggggggggg notes and the extra chorus, which I always forget about. UAN is so easily the biggest party bit of the night-everyone dancing and singing. Jay has his little talk next with the usual OFF OFF OFF, he didn’t take them off, the meanies! He went ‘If you listen carefully and sing along to the next song, you might see some underpants (or wear I can’t remember) but not just from me!’ Jay did amazing with Wooden Boat and How Did It Come To This-so proud of him. The Circus was next and we had a little singsong before hand. It was cool to see the tightrope walker properly as I always watch Gary instead of him, lol! From about Jay’s bit to the middle of the medley I did feel really awful though, like I was going to faint. One of our lil group gave me so food and the security gave me about a million cups of water! Can’t really remember What Is Love. But then the medley happened, and the boys were unicycled on the stage and they were dancing so close again. And then they pulled their pants down! I suddenly felt much better! Said It All was next and the boys ‘packed up’ their suitcases from WIL and Howard made a real sad face! I saw him take one of his earpieces out as well cos the crowd singing to the chorus is always loud. This guy unicycled around the stage, collected all the bags and the boys were gone again  I closed my eyes for a second to listen to SIA and it was amazing. Never Forget was brilliant as usual-seeing all those arms in the air still sends shivers down my spine. Patience was the loudest yet again with everyone singing and swaying their arms. For Relight I could feel the fire from the B-Stage! Hold Up A Light had everyone jumping up and down and the guys ran back to us! The elephant made reappearance as the guys stood on the sides of the stage-Jay was so close! When they returned to the stage they said their usual thanks and goodbyes, Gary going ‘We’re going to sing you out with Rule the World, anybody know the words?’ Which of course we all did-RTW is always unbelievable, the singing, the emotion and the fireworks exploding as the show comes to an end. It was an amazing show and great to see from a different perspective, the B-Stage bits are brill! It took me forever to get home but I’d be up early to do it all again tomorrow!

Photos soon!

Gonna upload the rest of the 3rd pics and the 4th report later. Going to watch a movie in my trackies and mope, lol!

4th July

Having got 3rd row the day before, I was determined to be closer. I arrived at Wembley at 9am and was in the 2nd pen (yes we are sheep-seriously). I quickly met some lovely people-a group of 3 friends-Kat, Vicky and Matt and then 2 other friends-Kate and Vicky. They were all about my age. I made a banner in the queue saying ‘Mark I should be up all night with you’ with a lil heart symbol and Irish flag. Killed half an hour! When we all got shoved up, we were chatting to the security guy Graham and while he was giving high fives, he whacked someone in the head, it was soo funny! I stayed with Kate and Vicky for the running but while my bag was being searched I lost them! They had managed to get 2nd row near the front bit of the runway and had saved me a spot-thank feck! Soon met some other lovely people and we all chatted with each other as well as with the security. I fricking love the security guys, they’re so nice! About 6ish Gary Go came on, did his usual, I was beginning to get fed up with him. Lady GaGa came on about 7.10ish I think. She had this big intro with these mirror panelly things. There were videos and 2 costume changes. I was childish and didn’t cheer/sing/scream or anything unless she went ‘Are you excited for Take That?’ I looked at the other front row and all the people I knew had been at the Manc gigs she missed did the same as me. Just stood there with their arms folded, we looked pretty fed up. She was alright if I hadn’t been really pissed off at her. During one bit when she was being carried off, one guy Sam, yelled ‘NICE ASS’ when it was really quiet-it was sooo funny!
Since we were at the runway, we could see everything being set up. We saw the usual crew people walking around and the start of the show being prepared. There was the gramophone and the wooden thingy as well as the billion balloons. The guys somehow get to the stage under the balloons, they hide them so well! Three times being up front and I still can’t spot them getting under! When the boys appear, Kate and Vicky went mental, they were both crying! I love being in the crowd instead of sitting-the emotion is so intense, the atmosphere was electric. My fav bit of Hello is when Mark goes at the very start ‘Hello!’ Oh I love it. I love the GD hug as well and for Hello when they go up on the ladders so we can see them all. Could it be Magic brought some very loud singing and very mad dancing. I love when Gary sings ‘Baby Take Me’ WHERE?’ and the crowd goes ‘High up on a hillside! And then ‘High up where the stallion meets the sun!’ I still adore the Pray after all these shows, good thing was if I went on my tippytoes I could see the B-Stage instead of watch the screens. We had seen everything come back from the B-Stage like the ladders, the birds, flowers etc. Now we saw a piano being lifted up onto the runway as it was time for A Million Love Songs! It was the usual singsong swayfest. Love<3. BFG had the boy’s usual evil laughs as the crowd got soaked. I adore BFG; it’s a great crowd moment. When the elephant went up for The Garden, the stadium erupted in a sea of flashing lights. Where I was went mental as we knew they were coming to us! Once they were closer Kate and Vicky shoved up their ‘We Love You’ banner in the air towards the boys (I grabbed the edge) and Jay saw! He gave us a smile and made a camera clicking motion-amazeee. The boys went slowly down under the stage (it doesn’t look very steady!) while we all screamed at them. They were so close! After the Shine Circus acts got us all geared up, I got see the boys being raised onto the stage! Markie started to sing and made his way down the runway-omfg it was amazing! He was right in front of us!!!! Then the guys all went onto the lip of the stage as we waved our arms about. UAN had us dancing and clapping our hands. The usual OFF OFF OFF chanting started and it went on for ages. It would be much easier really if Jay just did the whole show in his pants! Well they could do that-I doubt anyone would complain! Jay said he wasn’t taking his trousers off, that that was the 90’s. Boooo. Jay was thanking us and saying how nice it was when they came out under those balloons how nice it was to see the joy on people’s face, in their smiles and their eyes, which I thought was really sweet. He did his amazing job on Wooden Boat and we all went mad for HDICTT, Mark put his pic in his teeth to clap his hands above his head-it was SO yum! When it was time for The Circus, I spend the whole time looking at Gary instead of the tightrope walker and he looked at me-amazement! What Is Love was next and I noticed that the way the boys were sitting, some were high/lower than others. They had Gary in a low chair which was mean cos he’s already short! For the Medley, when they all started thrusting and we screaming like hormonal teenagers (well some of us are…) they were well lapping it up! This drunk lady was removed in front of us before the unicycling started and Kate and Vicky rushed to her spot and it was easier for me too cos they didn’t mind me invading their space, lol! The unicycling was amazing, and the usual laughter filled the stadium as Gary rode out on his tricycle. It was great to see that part up close. Then there was the pants-ARGH! I had a little cry at Said It All, which is easily the most moving song of the tour. They all walked back together, right in front of us as the ticker tape exploded over us, I wasn’t close enough to catch any but I did manage to grab some off the floor later, lol! I was actually trying to film Markie’s bit of SIA and forgot about the ticker tape so my video is like all shaky, haha! The boys disappeared and Dougie did his tap dancing on the big drum, which is cool to see up close. The boys came up from under the stage and they were so close! Me and this other mad Mark person Karen were waving frantically at Mark and he looked at us-amazing!!!! At the end of Never Forget Howard ‘punched’ Markie in the face and he laughed-yum yum yum. Patience was brilliant, so loud with Mark doing his yummy stomping. I knew the fire was next so when it was on I hid in the crowd, could feel it burning my scalp though! That fire is so easily my least fav part of the show. The guys with whips though-oh so totally worth it. I love Hold Up A Light as the guys getting everyone jumping up and down. They ran past us to the B-Stage, soo close! Jumping up and down is very un Take That concert but I love that we do it for a little bit. With the usual mad singing, dancing and screaming of course :P RTW was the last song, and as the boys took out their earphones and we all looked into the sky and sang along, I was so happy. And the boys looked ecstatic. They bowed 3 times as we went insane screaming and walked off. It was an amazing night, easily the best since Dublin. The atmosphere was out of this world.

Pictures from the 4th coming up soon :P

Took me well over an hour to write this. I started crying at the end! It's LONG

5th July

My last day, how surreal it was. After stocking up on my queuing food the night before I set my alarm for 6.55am. I arrived at Wembley at 8 and got into the first pen! After a while I chatted to some people. At 9ish this girl I had met the day before in the crowd came up to me and said hello and that she was going by herself after having bought one after the show the night before-I had a queuing friend, yay! Whose name was also Laura and she loved Mark, woop. The day flew by, with the music coming on about half 12. The 2 girls next to us had speakers and were playing TT and Mark music which everyone appreciated. Laura had brought a pillow with her which when she went to the toilet and off to buy food I have 2 half hours naps on-heaven! Weirdest place I’ve ever fallen asleep, lol! I also made a banner saying ‘Happy Birthday Jason (In 5 Days!)’ which Laura helped me colour in. Soon enough, it was time for the running and I was feeling sick. They had squished up all up by then and some rude people had tried to get in front of us so we elbowed them back! Laura was running for the B-Stage and I was going for main so we said bye and good luck before the mania began. They moved us to another area and loads of people got in front of me, one poor girl lots her flip-flops! Poor thing had absolutely never done this before; flip-flops are the worst possible running shoes in the world.
After the turnstile and the bag search I got to the stairs and saw that front row was EMPTY. I ‘walked quickly’ and got a spot right in front of the stage! It was a bit up (the good up) from where I had been in Dublin; it was as if I had come full circle. I had wanted the other side havn’t not been on that side yet but it was too long and too risky and Mark was always on the side I had! A few seconds later, who was to turn up right next to me but the Irish Thatters I knew from Dublin! The girl next to me, Tara was lovely and we were all nattering away. I found out from her, the reason that front row was empty is because they opened our gate before anyone else’s-brilliance! The one annoying thing was everyone around me was foreign and didn’t speak much English so whenever Tara was chatting to someone else, I was all alone, boooo. I chatted to the security guards; most of them recognised me from the day before, haha! One guy-Paul said he loved the Irish and befriended us lot. He said we were the best fans he had ever met-woop! Another one said Take That fans were the most dedicated. The usual ad’s and songs were on. There is one ad for Durex where there is an opera song played on it and all the Irish Thatters were singing along everytime it was on-brilliant! There was also a Chris Moyles ad for the TT show and the last Hey Jude singsong :(
The ringmaster appeared and introduced Gary Go, I pretty much knew the intro off by heart at this rate! The security guards were as fed up with him as we were, lol! The girls next me had an ‘Irish Elite’ flag and there was another lot of them on the other side as well as my lil one on my Jay banner-the Irish were dominating front row! They were waving like mad at Gary Go and we got a wave, yay! I think he recognised us too. Lady GaGa came a little while later and credit to her did a different set than the day before.
As the show was started earlier than usual as it was last night, the clowns soon appeared. I also saw Chris Vaughn (who I went HELLO to only to receive a strange look back, lol!)Kim Gavin, James and Paul and Skippy dressed as a clown! Oh yes clowns. They walked near us and after much persuasion I got a balloon off one! He then said (when he spoke it freaked me out, haha) ‘When you see Take That’ and I went ‘let it go’ to which he nodded. Soon enough another clown appeared and it was Ciaran! One of the dancers, whose been there since the comeback. I went to him ‘You’re a dancer not a clown’ to which he just smiled and nodded, lol! He seemed to like us since we were all Irish!
Soon the intro started and I was nearly crying before it even begun! When the balloons were let go by the clowns on stage, I let mine go. I looked up into the sky as I heard Gary sing ‘Ooohhh’ and all I could see was color. It was beautiful, I shed a little tear! And then they began to sing and the crowd did too. All the girls around me looked as upset as I was feeling! Gary said ‘It’s our last night’ and we all cheered. Whenever I listen to GD now all I can hear is ‘Today this could be the greatest day of our lifes’ SING then the crowd singing and Markie going ‘I wanna see your arms in the air!’ I also love how everyone does the ‘Hold On’ arms for Greatest Day. And the guys hugging-aww! Then the boys did their usual ‘I’m Gary I’m etc We’re Take That’ woop. Then there was Hello with the ladders and the waving and the guys going into around the B-Stage crowd-jealousness. Could it be Magic had everyone dancing-the Italian trio in front of me (when I turned around to see the B-Stage :p) were doing the turning and all, lol! As it was last night, everyone was doing every single thing-the singing, the dancing, and the arms. Then there Pray and the ‘boyband dancing’. At the end I saw Mark slap How’s ass!
Mike Stevens and Jamie Norton came on for A Million Love Songs. Everyone was swaying and singing and I even cried a little! Emotional night. Jay then said ‘Oh we have to leave this stage’ soon which caused loud cheering from our end and boo’s from the B-Stage. Jay went ‘Why do I always get the bad lines fellas, eh? We’ll have to sort this script out’ and I was like ‘You can’t, last night, argh!’ Back for Good had us all waving our arms and singing as the poor B-Stage lot got soaked. I adore when Gaz says ‘Let it Rain!’ The Garden and the elephant were next which meant they were coming our way! As they were right above us, we were waving and screaming like fricking maniac’s and they waved back, woop! As they went down under the stage, Mark stayed for a second and said ‘Do you mind if I just enjoy this for a minute’ before ‘Ladies and gentlemen are you ready to run away to The Circus’ before he went too. Bless him.
Then the ringmaster said ‘Ladies and gentlemen, the moment you’ve been waiting for Welcome to’ and we all screamed with him ‘THE CIRCUS!’ The acts, the trapeze people and the swinging guy and the big cube guy and all the other ones I always forget did their usual before the guys appeared on the stage. Markie came right in front and cos I was waving like a maniac he looked at me, MORE THAN ONCE! Was amazing. It’ll be nice to know that the guys recognized me after being up the front so much. The other guys all looked at me during the rest of the night but because I don’t love them as much as Mark I can’t remember when! With Shine there’s the really long ‘Shineeeeeeeeeeeeeeee’ bit and you could see How smiling over at us that we were doing it too. Then the extra chorus which after 6 shows I never remember about, lol! That had us all waving our arms and singing. Mark went ‘I want to see you all dancing’ as Up All Night began and we all happily obliged! Jay wiggled his hips at us then, he kept doing stuff like that all night, it was brilliant! After Jay was doing his usual ‘What do you think of our’ when he mentioned the elephant Markie went ‘We need the home for the elephant, we won’t need him after tonight’ and everyone put their hands up, lmao! He laughed at that. Then they all got sidetracked and started saying how emotional they were all it was over and they would deffo tour again as they loved it. Jay even went ‘Look at us, 4 knobheads from Manchester licking Wembley’ to which the boys laughed at. It was a lovely lil goodbye chat. You can tell they’re all good friends and it was really nice. After getting distracted they got back to the off off off bit, Jay has been very reluctant all tour, grr. I got a bit overexcited and kept screaming ‘Take your trousers off Jason!’ He’s too damn hot. Jay then finally got back to the songs and went ‘This next song should have been a single’ to which we all wooped and we got a smile off Jay! And then he went ‘It wasn’t cos I’m the worst at lead vocal’s’ to which we screamed NO! Wooden Boat was lovely. Then it was ‘rock n’ rock Take That eh?’ time with a bit of How Did It Come To This. Mark put his pic in his teeth again for clapping, so effing gorgeous! Everyone was singing and clapping and Jay looked so happy, I was so pleased for him!
Then the guys disappeared as Gary went to his piano and the runway. ‘The boys have made a mistake, leaving me alone with a piano and an audience. I hope you brought your sleeping bags!’ to which we all cheered! He did his singsong of Love Ain’t Here Anymore, Babe and Nobody Else which he hasn’t done at every concert so it was nice that I saw it 4 times. Being up front I saw the tightrope walker getting ready, but as usual I kept my eyes on Gary instead of watching him. He gets enough attention from the rest of the crowd! The tightrope walker, not Gary, lol. Not that Gary is deprived off love or anything :P What is Love was next and I could see the guys coming from the back of the stage so I screamed ‘BOYS!’ before the WIL intro was finished, lol. For the first time I saw them being handed stuff from inside the boxes had always wondering where the got it! Still think it’s amazing they put on make-up and sing at the same time.
Then it was time for the Medley! The guys all thrusting and dancing-yum by a million. I adore that part of the show. When the guys came out with their unicycles, Jay was wearing sunglasses which was strange! For each member we chanted their name. When it came to Jason we were chanting JAY JAY JAY and he fell off for two seconds! Just while trying to get on though, so we gave him extra cheers. I still love that Mark needs help getting on-bless him! I loved being up the front that everyone was as mad as me that we were all doing the dance moves with the boys, brilliant. When they got down to the B-Stage they did Take That and Party before pulled their pants down to great appreciation! There was an adorable bit where they were all standing in their pants trousers around their ankles, symbols on their bums and they all joined hands and started jumping up and down! Cuteness. My eyes filled as they began Said It All. When they were all back on the stage and Markie was well into his bit the ticker tape exploded. And this time it was DROWNING me. I had ticker tape in my hair, on my clothes, everywhere! I was singing Said It All (my fav bit) with Take That a few metres away as ticker tape exploded around me, with me trying to catch every bit. It was magical.
For Never Forget, all the guys’ crew came out into the gap between the barrier and the stage and did the arms, it was so nice! The guys looked really touched, especially Howard. It was amazing doing the claps so close to the boys. I looked around one last time as we all did the Never Forget claps and in that moment I felt so happy, it was unbelievable. Patience was next. Howard came in front of us and took out his earpiece and was gesturing at us to sing louder. He kept smiling :P The guys all looked over at us. The stadium was soooo loud and we were waving our arms around like mad. Mark was stomping like mad! It was brilliant. Relight was next and I knew the fire was coming. I ducked down and put my banner over my head, I didn’t want my scalp burned again! It was still soooooo hot though! I hid for the majority of Relight cos of the fire. I did get to see Mark whip his whip at us though-omfg amazzinggggg. And him in a cage-also amazing! Oooh and all the fans were doing the Relight arms over the barrier which was brilliant. I was so happy when Relight was over, I hate that damn fire!
But it meant only 2 songs left :( Mark appeared crouched over, his arm in the air as he began Hold Up A Light. Then the rest of the guys appeared and How and Jay got us all jumping up and down. The security guys were trying to give out water with us all going mad, lol! I love Hold Up A Light live; it’s just made to sing to a live audience. And Mark WAVED AT ME during this song-AMAZING! Before I knew it, it was time for Rule the World and I’m seeing here welling up at the pure memory of it. Gary went ‘Time for one last song?’ to which we went NO!’ and then Gaz went ‘How long have we got’ and we went AGES! They did their usual thanks and said a huge thanks to the crowd which was nice. They started Rule the World and the tears began. I was crying, the girls next to me were crying, I even saw a crew member crying! The guys all took their earpieces out and the crowd and the boys gave it their all for the last time. The lyric ‘You saved my soul, don’t leave me now’ really got to me. Because not that the boys have saved me or whatever but they helped me through a really tough time this year. They helped me through loads and that lyric just means a lot to me. It was so emotional. Then Howard started to cry which made it worst! I don’t remember this but have since seen a vid of Jay hugging Howard mid-song which is so cute. The fireworks exploded for the last time and you could tell the guys were as emotional as us. When it all ended Mark went ‘I don’t want to say goodbye so see you soon’. They all waved and said bye. They put their arms around each other and walked off stage for the last time this tour. This night was easily the best of an amazing set of concerts.
The lights went up and we all stood in disbelief, in tears that the tour was over. No one let go of the barrier for a good few minutes. I felt quite lonely cos everyone was hugging. So I rang my dad and then got hysterical when I had someone to talk to. I couldn’t stop crying all the way home. As upsetting as it was and still is, it was an unbelievable experience. It was the best few weeks of my life, travelling around, meeting other fans, seeing my boys 6 times. It was worth every last penny I spend on it, worth every last second I spend lying on the floor queuing. They make me happy, simple as. The tour made my world bright and colourful and made me feel normal for a few weeks. It was a magical time and I won’t ever forget it. Thank you Take That for absolutely everything.
