Just going on from Dezzy's horror thread, what's your favourite type of movie genre?

And if I forgot any sorry, just put it in your post...

Well my instinct would be to go for comedy but if I'm honest, it's so hard to find a really good comedy these days.

Romance would be next but they can be so hit and miss in terms of quality.

So ultimately, I went for thriller. I like films that build up suspense, like I Know What You Did Last Summer, Scream, Red Eye (random last choice but yeah). Kind of a guilty pleasure of mine.

The worst imo, is Action. I just find them totally and utterly boring.

Yeah, with Rachel Mc Adams. A lot of people say it's awful and well it's a tad cringey but to be honest thats the case with most thriller films, you have to be a fan to appreciate them. I loved it.

Horror for me. I love them! I love slasher movies like Scream, Nightmare on elm street, ...last summer trilogy, night of the living dead, resident evil love them all lol.

Action/ Thriller or Comedy.

I haven't really got a favourite genre, I'll watch anything. I do have a loathing for crime and gangster films they're so boring and cliche' worst of all were the constant stream of sh*t that was the football hooligan film flood a few years ago.

You forgot romance! It's basically all I watch,lol. That comedies,rom-coms or musicals. I usually don't watch anything else.

Generally, I hate films. Weird fact about me.

I do like American Pie though, so I guess Teen Comedy.

impossible to answer a poll like that- i love them all. and sure the greatest films of all time have a little of everything thrown into them. i wouldn't know which one to choose
