i dont get it (maybe thats showing my age) but why is solely on downloads now? and whats with the able to change the top 10 right up to 6pm
It's not, its downloads and sales. I think.

It is downloads and sales but it's just the physical copies don't make much difference.

It would be unfair to incorporate radio play as big stations like Radio 1 have playlists and they would then have a certain power over the charts. It should always be based on sales.

The Big Top 40 Show is all downloads.
But the Radio 1 Chart Show is Downloads and CD Sales.

thats what i'm listening to and i still dont like the top 10 being able to be changed right up to 6pm like lady gaga paparazi was at 21 when it started its now in top 10
