balloons is actually one that i have heard of before
i have a real phobia of cotton wool which all my friends and family find hilarious but when its your fear your having to face its far from funny and shouldnt really be something that people take the pee out of regardless of what the fear is i did have a bit of a giggle about the woman with the soup one but only cos i had never heard of it before nor had the experts it seems cos that was only phobia they had that didnt have a proper name

I've seen a couple of Maury episodes with weird fears.

some man was scared of peaches, and there were a couple of people with phobias of mustard and pickes. Like really bad phobias.

I can't think of any examples, but there a lot of bizarre phobias about loads of different types of food, I don't understand it myself. I know of a few people who have a phobia of clowns, I think it's pretty unusual, but it seems to be a fairly common phobia!

doesnt make them strange foody ones are normally related to a bad experience often in childhood of either being made to eat them even though they didnt like them or eating something that wasnt at its best shall we say

clowns is a really common one again it probably stems from a childhood encounter
