You dont know that for a fact. Endemol dont bar housemates entry depending on what they eat. They assume the housemates are just going to adapt and eat what Big Brother provides them. THEN, once they are in the house, their eating habits are monitored. But not beforehand.

Besides, EACH AND EVERY HOUSEMATE in that house has told some form of lie or extension of the truth during the audition process.
