I thought a Pleb (Phleb) referred to a common vulgar person. Why is muppet man calling Freddie this, does he not know the meaning?

We learnt in school that 'pleb' is short for 'plebiscite' which was/is a voting poll.

I'm sure that it isn't what he means, though :tongue:

I use pleb to people who act daft/stupid.
