Happy Birthday Mary

After a quiet start, Mary was the centre of attention as the Housemates celebrated her 31st birthday.

The Housemates sang Happy Birthday to the white witch and toasted the occasion, with Mary seeming happy to be the focus of the house.

"I bet you won't have a birthday like this again," said Maxwell.

"Just a shame there's not more witches here for you."

But Mary seemed happy with the company and replied: "I don't need my witches darling, I've got you."

After hugs from Derek and Roberto, who told her she's a "good girl", more complements were soon to follow.

cheeky charmer Anthony was keen to tell her how good she looks. "You look good for 31," he said. "You certainly don't look your age."

With smiles all round, Mary thanked the Housemates and declared, "It's a pleasure to know you all!"

After a nervous start to her time in the Big Brother house, things are looking up for Mary.

Mary is doing so well, it was instantly obviouse that she was uncomfortable being in the house, however she seems to be settling in to the flow of things now. I hope she has a really good day :thumbs:

Feeling in a positive birthday mood, Mary came to the Diary Room this afternoon to talk about life inside the House.

The Housemate with glaring eyes has been keeping a careful watch over the others, and has reached some very interesting conclusions.

She is full of praise for Science and Makosi. Apparently, Science is "amazing, well balanced, an incredible character."

The mystic one is also loving Makosi. "She isn't afraid to be who she is. She adores attention, a complete peacock."

"I think she plays with their heads," impish Mary added, clearly enjoying the effect Makosi has on the other Housemates.

But there are a few flies in Mary's magic ointment.



"Some people are so false it's hilarious," she laughed. Top of the phoney list is Saskia. "She has a bad energy, and her mask is beginning to slip," said Mary.

"I wouldn't trust Saskia as far as I could throw her, and that's not very far," she said.

Mary also thinks that Sam is "false," but she is prepared to believe that this is down to insecurity.

But all in all life is good, and Mary's looking forward to celebrating her birthday with her new friends.
