Setanta UK to cease broadcasting

Setanta is to cease broadcasting to the UK after calling in Deloitte to act as administrators this afternoon.

Deloitte was appointed by Setanta UK at 2:30pm today after last-ditch efforts to secure a rescue package failed.

200 jobs have been lost at Setanta's Dublin headquarters as a result of the collapse.

It won't they ceased trading today. Setanta Ireland is okay for now but they need a buyer as soon as possible. More info in the other thread about this.
