YaY!, well that good!
:D
Ya, I do wish Buton would lay of these kind of films.
There all so the same.
Why can he do romantic comedy? :p
lol.
Or atleast good old fashion horror.
He doesn't make straight horror films, but his films always scare the **** out of me anyways. I can imagine if he did set out to do a horror film, it'd be the scariest thing that has ever been produced by anyone, ever! lol.

Will be giving this one a look. Even when Tim Burton's movies are a bit iffy, they're always a feast for the eyes.

Does anybody remember a tv film from the 80's that was an adaptation of Alice Through The Looking Glass? The Jabberwocky was in it.... I just have a vague recollection of it.

Ah, trust YouTube to go and find it for me. Funny what used to scare you in your childhood. Seems pretty tame now.

I'm in two minds whether to go and see it or not. I happen to agree with many of the protests/boycotts amoungst many cinemas in the UK over the DVD release date. I think Disney are just being greedy and it will ultimately end in failure.
However, seeing as though they are showing it in Cineworld and I have a monthly pass, I might have to see what the fuss is about. It does look strangely entertaining, even by Tim Burton's standards.

The soundtrack is so epic!
I'll be seeing it next week, no chance I'm going to be sat in a full theatre - was bad enough with Avatar.
The film is out today and has already received a low rating of 55% on Rotten Tomatoes. It will probably be less than that over the upcoming week as more people review it.
Anyone seeing it today?

I saw it today, the cinema barely had any people in, the film was good, I expected it to be really funny but it only had some small funny bits but overall I enjoyed it very much

This. People like to rush and watch the film as soon as it is out. I saw Avatar at the pictures last week for the first time and it has been out for like what? since December? lol so maybe in the next few weeks will go and see Alice in Wonderland :)
I like to go to the pictures when it is not packed.. surprised though that Alice in Wonderland has not been packed? mmm.

Just back from watching it.
Not bad at all, granted its not my kind of film, and I was kind of iffy about the fact to watch the film when I arrived. It would have been better if it was a little shorter.
However, the 3D aspect of it made everything look very good, realistic and bold. There were load sof good moments with some characters, and it was generally well done and well shot
6.5/10
