if bb was not suitbale for children. then im guessing you all missed the bblb episode when they went to a class room of young chldren and was talking to them and asking them about bb. IT DOES NOT HAVE AN AGE ON IT that only they can watch. ANYONE CAN WATCH BB.
my 9 year old cousin watches it. his lil bro watches eastenders. everything on tv is a family programme. if it was deemeed unsatisfactory for any one to watch they would say so

I am quite horrified that anyone would possibly think That BB is ok viewing for children! The language the hm's use is atrocious, ther is frequent nudity and lots of sexual references and innuendo. The majority of housemates do NOT set a good example to our up and coming generation!

I used to watch it as a family show, when I was like really young.
But kinda made me think wow this is inapropiate, lmao. Not suitable viewing for children, I learnt a lot of stuff about gay people when I was like 8 from Brian & Josh in BB2.

Saying BB is suitable for 9 year olds because a 9 year old watches it is like saying its okay to hit someone because you hit someone. Just because something happens doesn't mean its right.
And most of those tv shows you mention don't have full-on swearing or nudity... they may allude to things but nothing more usually.. and I still wouldn't say most of them are family tv shows either.. family tvs are mainly just talent shows/entertainment shows.

Because it can be considered an adult show. I am sure many kids watch it no problem, but the point remains that it is wrong for a housemate to say it is a family show. It is anything but. At least until the grandparents come to squeeze in on the sofa to watch Goofy & Donald Duck come to the diary room.

Yes, but it is not INTENDED TO BE A FAMILY SHOW. I am sure plenty of familys have watched The Exorcist, but is it a family movie?
