you can't copyright phrases and stop people saying them paris only stopped people using them as slogans in business, Paris can't copyright what words people say.

Yeah as a business slogan, she didnt copyright the saying so that no one can use it. Just no one can put it on an advert and pass it off as their own. People can say it on TV if they want. Just like someone can say 'McDonalds' on TV. But can't mention it in their adverts.

The Brotherhood have bought the rights to use the word "ohay" from Mark, Tibb owner, for £0.0m under a new 2 year deal.

Only Brotherhood members can use the word "ohay" as from 01:00am Friday 26th June 2009, the contract will end 01:00am 26th June 2011.
