Not heard it yet but someone told me the caller didnt even refer to him as Michael Jackson and that it was 45-60 mins after the incident.Anyone clarify?

Yeah he didn't say Michael Jackson, why would he? He said a 50 y/o male and the details of what was wrong and the address.

It was a while after the actual event because they had a live-in Dr on site who was administering CPR. Some argue this shows a level of responsibility on the part of the Dr. (Perhaps he accidentally gave an overdose of Jackson's daily pills, or was assisted suicide).

No-one knows yet.

Never knew Dr was live-in,you will see conspiracy theories soon appearing.Sad to say but he will become richer in death from sales alone.Thanks
