When Angel said Noirin looked 3 months pregnant, she had it coming to her
If they are so shallow as to take notice of what 1 strange, Russian woman says then their self confidence must be very low!!

It was payback because Angel dented the shallow witch's ego with her remarks about her looks. She had to revenge herself and so picked on Angel knowing she was a safe target. The only spanner in the works was Rodder's gallant intervention.
Even after Angel was gone she couldn't help banging on about whilst fluttering those grotesque false eyelashes of hers.
Those false eyelashes the girls are all wearing this year are so symbolic of the falseness of the girls in there in general.
