Based on the Tibb polls on the homepage Marcus is more liked and less hated that before. I couldn't understand why he was so disliked before but finally people are starting to see the great character of Marcus.

Marcus is real lifes david brent. He means well and he can be a fool at times but people can empathise with him. When he is honest and himself he can talk alot of sense and can be likeable. He often is saying the right thing but not in the right way, and that i think is where he lets himself down.
