The best news is that Chris and Scott keep their current shows and Greg moves to afternoons. Surprised Fearne got the morning gig as im sure the majority would have wanted Sara Cox to get it

I do like Jo but she was getting a little tired in that slot. I don't think Fearne is a great replacement though, I can only presume Sara Cox turned it down
I don't know if Greg will work in that slot well, as its to similar to Scott's show which is straight after but Greg is just obviously being put there until Moyles leaves and then he can do the Breakfast show.
