id like to know this as well. im assuming from what ive read that shes been on benefits for a long time, and from personal experiences + experiences of people around me if you continue to sign on and do not find work they pump up the pressure big time until they start taking things away from you. she must be in incapacity or some other benefit. shes clearly able to work, so i dont see why she isnt. (yes i am aware there is a recession but im talking in terms of if shes been unemployed for a very long time)

Well this is exactly Lisa at her most sneaky. She had one eye on the camera when she said that comment. Which is exactly the reason I gave this thread its title. She is trying to fool us, the voting public, into thinking that Lisa is a working class hero fighting against the aristocrat/upper class machine that she thinks Freddie represents. It’s the only angle she can think of to try and damage Freddie image as she knows he is a big character and one of her main threats to this deluded self image she thinks she has created.

Freddie has come across well and Lisa knows it so she'll use every opportunity to play the class card.

She has BIG problems with Freddie because he makes her feel inferior, and that's because she is inferior. Her inferiority has nothing to do with her background. if I remember no sociology lesson correctly (sorry but it is over two decades ago). To be in a class you need to have job and employment - actually skills don't count. So technically Lisa doesn't have a class. I remember thinking it was strange, wierd and not fair needing employment to be in a class.


I don't think Lisa likes Freddie as Freddie is polite, can hold an agrument, doesn't swear and try to be fair to people. She is quite the opposite and gets very, very annoyed with the way people speak to her.

It is the presumption that people have a better life if they have money. If that is true why do so many of them commit suicide. Some of these children never see their parents and are stuffed into boarding schools as young as seven and have virtually no family life.

My family were poor but I did not know this until I was an adult. When I look at my school photo now you can see the differences in the children. I am happy with what I achieved but I certainly would not want to be Freddie.
