Who WOULD have been up for Eviction ?

Can`t seem to find a full list of who nominated who anywhere (Maybe not trying hard enough!)

Anyway, can anyone tell me who WOULD have been up for eviction had BB not given Makosi the "surprise" cahnce to nominate i.e. after Makosi, Sam & Roberto who got the most votes ?

Craig nominated Makosi and Kemal
Derek nominated Sam and Saskia
Kemal nominated Maxwell and Sam
Lesley nominated Sam and Makosi
Makosi nominated Roberto and Anthony
Mary nominated Saskia and Roberto
Maxwell nominated Makosi and Vanessa
Roberto nominated Science and Vanessa
Sam nominated Vanessa and Derek
Saskia nominated Mary and Craig

As this week the housemate with the most nominations were immune from going up it would have meant that...
Derek, Maxwell, Saskia and Vanessa would have faced eviction!
