So, I just downloaded Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended using uTorrent and when I click on the setup application I get this, but the thing is that I haven't got Internet Explorer opened up so i'm a bit confused. Hep please?!

Go on task manager (ctrl + alt + delete), then see if it's open via that. (It could be running in the background).
