WYou can predict Earthquakes, but not all the time.
I watched a movie one time and they predicted an Earth quake on the news.

And true, but he said "We dont know when the sun will come out" There is plenty of other ways of knowing that apart from the Weather man, so either way Sree still made a dick out of himself.

predicting when the sun will rise is pretty accurate. the weather has nothing to do with it. even if you can't see the sun due to cloud, it's still there. same goes for the moon

earthquake prediction is pretty hit and miss. by monitoring seismic activity, you can have maybe a few seconds notice. i wouldn't really see that as being a valid prediction personally
