Crowd Calling Heard By Housemates!

On prevoius years on BB, the housemates were able to hear the crowds reactions to the latest evictee upon leaving the house. Why does that never happen anymore. It shoul;d come back. It would give the housemates an indication of what the public think. It stirs things up a little.

I used to like when the other housemates could peek their heads around the door enough to hear the crowds reaction when the exterior doors opened. It was more interesting!

Bring it back!

i like it but at the same time it cause people to start wanting to leave or change their behaviour like sree would have probably left by now

It's way better having the actual live crowd voices professing love or hate to the nominees. Needs to come back asap, would make eviction ceremony more exciting.

I've always understood that the sound of the crowd was "enhanced" for TV. Has anyone heard this either? I seem to remember reading an article about it a few years ago.

Even though I'm against outside contact, some of my favourite moments were crowd-provided. Remember when everyone was up in BB6 and Vanessa got booed and her face with the crowd laughing at it? Remember Get Grace Out being the pivotal moment of BB7? It's certainly a great way to shock them.

The program is meant to have no outside influences and the crowd was begining to chant every week who they wanted out next.I think it was ruining the show.

I think some of you people want the show to die, it is meant to be entertainment , so the crowd boo, who caresif it upsets the sad losers that are h/mates then bring it back!

I always remeber the get grace out chants during the golden ticket when susie went in , that was all started on the c4 bb forums, that was the best crowd chants ever

i'd like to see it back - however I dont think the designer of the house this year thought about the fact that the housemates WILL hear the crowds once a person is evicted because they have access to the garden once the sitting room door is opened for a few seconds - cause the housemate has to go through the garden..................shout away crowds..............

I think it's better when they can't hear anything. Makes it more of a shock when they're evicted. Kirs and Charlie think they're the kings of the house. Picture their faces when they get the boot. If they could hear the crowd they'd all be pretending to be nice to Halfwit at the moment. Now they're treating him like crap and are setting themselves up for a massive fall.

& they can't even hear the crowd reaction when Davina says the names.

It's nearly already dead. lol.



The crowd chanting used to be good, back in the day when people watched the show for fun, not to boo all the time. But then since 'The Get Grace Out' chants the crowd then latched on to chanting this about h/mates which then influenced people's votes.


If the crowd weren't so annoying we'd still have the house hearing the chhers and boo's but alas, another thing that the viewers have ruined.

I strongly disagree - I much prefer that it's indoors so that they don't know what their public perception is.
