I think he's definately smarter than he acts, notice how even though he's a full member of the nasty gang, he's still much nicer to Freddie than the others. He knows they're probably looking bad to the public for this and he knows Freddie must be liked as he's been saved so many times. Saying this it wouldn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out, shows what idiots Lisa, Kris, Karly & Sophie are!!

Some of my mates know charlie from school, apparently he was a complete chalv back in the day, he used to wear a blue berghouse coat and a baseball cap, the lot :laugh2:
