When did they stop them taking Books ino the house?

I remember they used to let them read in the house

When did they stop this and do you think it was a good thing to stop them bringing in books?

After BB2 I think... they used to have musical instruments as well.

Books should still be banned imo, but they should be allowed to spend tokens on renting instruments.
