have you noticed that they are editing the show to make it look like the makosi show? shes all we see!:devil:
sam, anthony, science and others have hardly been featured
this shows that the producers do edit the show in a way to show some as positive and some in a bad way.
this shouldnt be the case and we should be allowed to make up our own minds.

But as the public do we not want to see different things? I mean we all like different housemates so surely we are just as bad?

Editing has been extremely biased for years [you'll get used to me ranting and raving about it later I'm sure, as its one of my pet hates about BB].
BUT I do think, so far, it has a lot to do with how much a HM does in a particular week and they generally try to feature the people who are up for nominamtion in the run up to evictions. I suspsect that if some other HM had got the first Makosi task, we'd have seen more of them instead.

Casting and editting is what the show is all about now. The housemates are "cast" as characters with the potential to entertain, argue and fill a certain niche in the house.
The show is then editted to tell a story and have certain narratives running through it. Of course, the housemates themselves can influence how much they appear to a certain extent - one example I think is when Science and Kemal argued early on on Day 2 or 3, and Vanessa sat there watching - a prime example of someone staying there because they knew this would be shown on TV. But Big Brother is no longer a social experiment, it is a money-making business and therefore the editting will always be there.

That might be because she was "coached" by Marco to get on BB6, and now the producers know, they might try and cut her time down as much as possible.
Or it could be just because she doesn't do or say much!

It must be hard to know which housemates to put live on E4 and i think they seem to follow the same housemates a lot, not because they are favouring them i just think most of the others are either in bed, sleeping elsewhere or staring into space:hello:
I think they have only shown a lot of Makosi this week due to her mission and they have to cut so much for TV show:thumbs:

I'm quite happy that they haven't shown a lot of Science ....... every time I see him he's picking a stupid argument with someone!
thewy were bias last year.. with nadia.. they showed her allll the time, thats why she ended up winning.
because big brother wanted her to win.

And of course let us not forget BB3 where Alex was the chosen one
They deliberately informed people in the eviction show of the numbers and how Alex was just ahead of Alison, so they could save Alex's bacon. They then arranged for the psychologists in the final week to do a character assassination of all the other housemates and then praised Alex to the heavens.
Just so they could have a model that could be drafted on to the C4 team. A model who found 9/11 inconvenient because it over shadowed his modeling career - oh diddums.
Excuse me while I try not to burst several blood vessels.
By now all the Housemates should know this. They should also know that the winner has already been decided somewhere to give C4 / Endemol the kudos amonst the liberal intelligensia.
BTW have missed the voting show because my PC has taken well over an hour to do a virus scan, the first one in ages as I am usually out on a Friday night helping out with our church youth club.
I Think they definitely edit it to show some housemates as more interesting or entertaining. However, I don't think they are deliberately not showing Vanessa doing anything interesting - I think she really hasn't done anything interesting! Even some of the housemates have said how quiet she is and how she doesn't really get involved. But she might come out of her shell when a few people have gone - if she survives in the house that long.

They always edit the show to have "good" and "bad" guys in the series. That's why it is so popular, it is a pantomime.
If you want to see a fair share of the characters, watch the live feeds on E4, which are on 24 hours a day if you have the interactive "Red Button" feature on Sky.
