How can you compare Nikki to Marcus? Nikki was a self parody, forcing her diary room moments. We could never be sure she was for real. Marcus spoke for virtualy 98% of the Big Brother audience, right their in the diary room, in an impassioned speech.

Did you actually watch that series, the Witches of Eastwick conspired to galvanise almost all the nation to abhor the treatment she (Shilpa) was receiving. When was the last time a serving a Deputy and Prime Minister have to apologise for the behaviour of morons from their country. The final insult some random tries to compund the furore by claiming to be at the vanguard of social experimentation. Get a grip there please.

I also agree that Marcus was spot on with what he said. He was 100% correct, and I'm glad someone finally has the balls to stand up to this PC crap.
I was thinking the exact same thing as he brought up, how everyone can mimick Freddy's accent, but then when it happens to Sree it's 'unacceptable'!

Anyone got this saved? It deserves to be saved, Marcus was 100% right!
I did agree with Big Brother on the warning about "say that outside the house and see what happens" but I didn't think it deserved to be a formal warning... a warning would be enough.
Marcus left Big Brother speechless for quite some time.

Well done Marcus! I really admire the fact that he will not back down and tells BB how it is - he seems the only one that isn't scared to death of BB!!
Also well done to Freddie for sticking up for Marcus when he was in the DR.
I think Marcus has won a few more fans and some browny points tonight, but I still think the sheep brigade will nominate him for eviction this next week??

BB in the Diary Room were destroyed.
Their usual patronising comments were conspicuous by their absence, and Marcus showed that they have no credibility whatsoever.
For me tonight was the nail in their coffin. The producers of the show must know what the general feeling is from reading forums such as this but in their arrogance they feel that they can treat the viewers with total contempt.
Marcus brought it to their door tonight, and they have been shown up.
Far worse Bastards in there doing far worse things with total impunity. For me this show is now dead. I get more entertainment on message boards sharing the frustration of what is happening than actually watching what is happening:sad:

I also agree that this was probably one BB's greatest moments. I just wish that he was as great outside the diary room as he is in.
He was pure gold, but he is only great when he is angry. If Lisa goes next week, who can he vent his anger over?

yeah i think marcus done pretty well, although the arguement was started when he goaded sree randomly i didnt even notice marcus immitate sree till after they read it out,and it happens with kris mimicing fredstars accent and nothing is done so why was this a racial thing?when karly and charlie have their accents immitated in the house nothing is done neither..so yeah glad marcus stood up to them and said his piece..

Your signature is awesome.. And I agree with what you said.
BB contradicts themselves and it's disgusting that they have not taken action toward kris and charlie mimicking Freddie. Time and time again they throttle in mimicking glee, but BB seems to welcome their behavior. How pathetic is that.

no overeaction it was by far the greatest dairy room ever
one of the greatest ever moments
brilliant
it even had a bit of comedy in it, when he was going up to the camera
this one show tonight has made marcus my favourate
i hope him and halfwit top two
but they are probabley both gonna be up this week
i just hope theres more than two up, it will come down to if siavash and noirin nominate for lisa that will give her four nominations and rodrigos nominations could be vital

Why didn't they call in Sree to give him a warning for when they were outside in the garden having the argument and he came towards Marcus posturing up? To me, that seemed far more threatening in nature than anything Marcus ever said.

Bravo, Marcus!
Marcus has the uncanny ability to summarize an issue in exactly the way the debate is being framed outside the house. It's like he is doing the editors' jobs for them a lot of the time. He can pick subplots out of the air. It really is uncanny.
He is also an extremely, extremely accurate judge of character.

My hat is off to Marcus. Purely brilliant. Not only was he the first ever person to out smart and humilate big brother, but he finally set all this racial bulls**t with Sree straight.
Marcus obviously had no problem with Sree's nationality, his problem was Sree's rudeness, his inability to listen to people and obviously the irish tease.

Good but seen better.
My fav DR moment was when Rebbeca(BB9) dragged herself to the DR after the bike task because she was so warn out.
BB9= Best BB ever !
Rebbeca(BB9)= Best Housemate ever !

He wasn't quite the first person to get the better of BB. Jon Tickle did so on a number of occasions. Having said that, Tickle did not manage to so completely humiliate BB as did Marcus with his magnificent performance
can anyone tell me what he said in full? my youtube doesnt work anymore because my PC isnt allowing me to download adobe flash :S lol...

I was landed tbf! It needed to be said, they're too coy on BBLB and BBBM to say anything of the sort to to hear it from a housemate under fire was just brilliant! He was spot on with everything he said, BB is being way too PC about everything now, always worrying about whether complaints will be made and good on him for telling them to pull their fingers out of their arse and not worry about the ones "who complain about the colour of the sky"
That will go down in history I think... definately will be on a program like "Top 50 Greatest Reality TV Moments" or something. Brilliance!
P.S - did anyone find his growl when he came out of the DR a tad, arousing? :bouncy:

I didn't watch BB that year. What did Jon Tickle say/do exactly to partially humilate BB?
