Lisa probably. She's directly offended Marcus and Halfwit, and Siavash is a pretty consistent judge of character. Rodrigo will probably be voting for Halfwit, but perhaps Lisa too.

I think they should do what they did when whatsherface from BB7 broke the rules and her punishment was that everyone was up (when Nikki was evicted).
