Just saw the trailer for this in the cinema! Looks amazing, the book is brilliant so I hope the film is the same.

Out August 14.

I have a feeling it could be the new Twilight.

It's an intriguing concept, I can see it being a big hit with female audiences (The new Notebook?).

Yeah, that teen/female Twilight/Notebook kind of audience, I hope it does well.

It'll be typically more of a hit with older audiences then a typical Twilight audience I think, although I see what you mean. It'll do well, chick flick-y films do remarkably well in the UK.

Rachel McAdams is a woefully underrated actress. She should be an A lister by now.

Edit: Nice icon.

i tried the book and failed. i might try again. It won't be the new twilight, thats a totally different type of film. This is more Notebook territory.

OMG THIS IS ****ING TRUTH.
she's amazing in everything i've seen her in, i adore her. I can't WAIT to see her in Sherlock Holmes with Jude Law and Robert Downey Jr.

Well she has two potential star vehicles this year so I hope she gets the success she deserves. She always brings her best to the roles I've seen her in.

FINALLY got this thread, the search thing didn't like me and then the Google search wouldn't let me open the link, urgh.

I just finished this,in a little over a day. I started at 1 last night and finished it about half an hour ago. It was AMAZING,one of the best books I've read in a long while. Really looking forward to the movie now.
