The idea of a new housemate, wheather it be 1, 2, 3 or 8 does not float my boat for now. The next couple of weeks are gonna be fascinating. With Sree out of the picture and Freddie being untouchable the next housemate to be given the boot are all strong characters (including sophie). New housemates are inevitable but just not for a fortnight or 3 please BB.

Clock, I kinda agree... I wouldnt be bothered if they did stick 2 new ones in, but I definitly don't think the show needs 'fixing' (that is with new HMs or rigging the show in any way) by throwing them in for the sake of it...

I don't get why everyone thinks it's so important tbh, the game is working as intended as far as I can see, and right now the field is wide open if certain HMs play well enough from this point on. If they don't.. well, I guess they deserved to lose anyhow.

C4 I have issues with, wankers, but I am loving the show itself this year :cheer:

If you want people like Kris and Lisa or Norin and Marcus to leave new housemates make it harder for those hierachy members to get the boot.

New house mates can work both ways. They can either help add to the votes to eventually put up one of Lisa's lot up for eviction, or the new ones could join Lisa's group and the aren't not part of it don't stand a chance. Up against Halfwit each week, the good guys will be evicted one by one at this rate which will leave poor Halfwit on his own with a group that don't like really being around him. That would not be nice, whether he wins or not nice, but now.... I maybe like Marcus to win,.. I'm not sure. He sold himself well the other night putting Big Brother in their place.

They should stick somebody in and do something different though, like, make them live in silence without speaking or making eye contact with the rest for the first few days.

I'm not overlly fussed, but I wish the others had stayed in longer, the first eviction was wayy to quick

I'm not ready for new ones yet either. I want to see what will happen now that Sree is gone and how the Freddie Factor will affect the house (especially Team Jackass) next few weeks. Maybe in a while. Or maybe bring back Saffia.

What a change in things though... go back a week and I was definitly arguing against the grain about the show not needing new HMs etc because the show was going to be fine.

I am really glad more people are enjoying it enough now to not demand massive immediate massive changes like new HMs to 'fix' the show when it's really not broken.

Don't get me wrong, I think it's great. It shows more and more people are starting to have faith in the show again and can just get on with enjoying it.

It would take a hell of woman for kris to stray away. I cannot see that happening to be honest with you. She could have a treasure chest and Kris will still snuggle up to Sophie.

I totally agree. I want to see how it all pans out with the current housemates... the group dynamics have now changed, Freddie is getting more confident, etc. It is already interesting as it is. A new housemate would just disrupt it all, and who knows they probably won't even be that interesting.. remember Susie from BB7 and Becki from BB5.. they ended up being boring as hell.

I'm actually gonna play devil's advocate and say I want Siavash to get evicted before they bring in any new faces. Right now he is competing with Kris and Marcus for the alpha male crown. Taking Siavash outof the picture, who is something of a tempering influence on Marcus, could brew a very interesting rivalry between Kris and Marcus and maybe some epic rows.
