charlie only loves himself, he is so frustrated and angry at rodrigo because he thinks every gay guy is supposed to find him hot! rodrigo is not attracted to charlie, rodrigo doesn't like charlie, rodrigo knows charlie is a desperate attention seeker. it's not sexual frustration, they are just the opposites in so many ways.
