I'm just recovering from Swine Flu, it's frigging awful, if she has it hope she gets better soon.

Read about it yesturday but thought it was untrue as had just seen her on BBLB, seems i was wrong hope she gets well soon.

Any sort of slight cough or sneeze and we assume it's swine flu. The media have given this so much hype and coverage, we have forgotten that normal flu is just as deadly. Did we care before swine flu hit the news? Of course not because it was not shoved down our throats. :rolleyes:

Although I posted this thread, I agree with you.
Alot of people are pure terrified of catching it now, the media have just blown it so out of proportion, when really it IS the same as normal flu and in some cases not quite as bad (depends how lucky you are).

I have to say I couldn't stand Becs when in BB. I listened to her trying to sing yesterday and it was terrible. All I'll say is if she has this flu then maybe she'll lose a few stone!

There is a jab for the flu and not one for the swine flu making it a bit more deadly, but for people like Bex, or Rupert Gint who also just had it. It is just like a bad cold, nothing to worry about as they are young healthy people.

It's a huge risk to people with health problems because there is not a jab like there is for the flu. But I have a feeling a lot of celebs are using it as a cash-in to get in the news again lol
