Karly Deserves Respect

You all say if she had any common sense she would see he is popular and start befriending Freddie, and trying to get into his group.

But if she did that, you lot would say she is two-faced, a creep and and a bitch for trying to be friends with him.


I love the fact she cannot stand Freddie. That happens in life. You cannot like everyone. She does not go out of her way like some others to make his life misery, but sometimes they clash, again, a normal part of life.


To me she is being herself, she probably knows the public hate her for it and has even admitted she would be evicted over Freddie, but she knows the public would hate her more for pretending to like someone that is popular and then nominate him, like Rodrigo seems to do.

and she is not being like Lisa, who creeps up to anyone she can to avoid being nominated. Look at Lisa now trying to be the 'mother' of the group'. Trouble is, it could work for Lisa.

Im not asking her to be nice with Freddie, but at the same time I don't expect her to be nasty towards him, most of the time I see her she is slagging him off.

The first few weeks she didn't like him but she was at least a bit more respectful. You can only get what you put out, and at the moment all her highlights seem to be leaning towards the nasty side.

Nope, still hate her. She is the female Kris. If you dont like Freddie, fair enough, dont like him. But dont goad him when your in a group and refuse to talk to him when your on your own.

Also, in almost all her arguments with him she has done this daft ''OH MAYH GAWD'' raising her voice, flicking her hair, and walking away routine. Camera seeking, much?

Besides, their all adults. This whole excuse people are giving with ''maybe they just dont like Freddie'' seems to me really sad. Theirs a difference between someone not being your cup of tea on the outside world and cutting that person off and treating them like a leper. It's like a playground FFS.

Oh, and apart from all those things I have mentioned, and her cracking arse, she has brought nothing to the series. I would rather all the 'glamor' spots be handed over to eccentrics and perhaps a few tough, blue collar workers with strong social views for once. Generic red top reading builder would be a riot in the house.

yeah but don't forget, that's what BB show us. They not gonna show us footage of people getting along all the time are they, that would be boring.


To me Lisa is by far worse. She's changing her tactics daily to save herself. Karly however isn't. Like she said, she knows she would lose to Freddie in an eviction, whereas Kris and co actually think they are popular and would beat Freddie.

She doesn't even give the guy a chance. What about when she blamed him for losing the singing task when it wasn't even his fault.

What about when Kris was going on about washing the dishes to Freddie, she just sat there and didn't even stick up for him, even though Kris was clearly in the wrong.

When the others are bitching about him, she joins in and a lot of the time is the instigator of the bitching and back-biting.

She is not so innocent you know.

She is probably one of the lesser of the evils in their, and to be fair had Lisa not gotten to her she probably would have been nicer to Freddie, but then again that shows what a subject to influence dense piece of meat she is.

Also, she doesn't act all nice to Freddie, because she is somehow convinced that Kris, Dogface and Charlie are popular outside the house so she goes along with what they do.

She thinks Freddie has only survived because he has always been up against more controversial people, not because he is liked.

Once she realises that Freddie actually is liked on the outside, I'm sure she will begin sucking up to him.

Why would she get involved, it was Freddie's turn to wash the dishes.

I don't expect them to show us people having fun all the time, but when was the last time you saw Karly having fun thats not insultin Freddie. She seems to be overcome by her hatred of him, and thus bringing her down. You say she deserves respect, but surely so does Freddie.

I'm not going to start comparing her to Lisa as thats a different discussion than the one you originally stated. Whilst I agree Lisa is also worse, (although I feel if Lisa goes Karly would take over her role) and is playing the game, I don't have a problem with that in itself.

You have to be two-faced in that environment, you can't get on with everyone but you still need to be diplomatic. When did being two-faced and diplomacy get mixed up? In BB it blurs together and the negative gets mentioned. Im sure all of us have people in our lives we can't stand but we still need to deal with them. Lisa will at least have moments with Freddie, but Karly just seems to have spiteful moments with herself.

I myself have never said she should start befriending him (It would be fake anyway and that would only make things worse), I don't like her because she's very bitchy but I'm fine with the fact that's who she is.....I just don't really like who she is very much.

I don't think she deserves to gain any respect either, there are far greater things a person does to gain respect.

On Friday when they were having the beers after the eviction she went to sit on a chair next to Freddie but she moved the chair near Dogface and sat with her back to him so no respect from me she is ignorant.

well my money is still on Karly making top girl. I think once Lisa goes, Karly will be free again. I think she fell in with Lisa and co co they were the bigger group, so safety there. But now she is stuck and has to be like Lisa and Kris to stay in their gang and avoid noms. With Lisa/Kris gone Team nasty will disperse and the group dynamics will all change again.
