Is Charlie A Pretend Gay?

Given that Charlie seems to fancy himself as an actor... is his gayness all one act ? I say this because, as other people have pointed out, he doesn't seem genuinely gay and gets uncomfortable-looking at male closeness (apart from the acceptable 'man hugs' stuff). There has been a pattern of gay success in reality TV and I can't help thinking maybe he is hoping to jump on the bandwagon.

Why would a "straight" guy go as far as being crowned as "Mr. Gay UK" and get news all over the media declaring he is gay...?

I don't think there's a need for every gay to be stereotyped as looking for some "sex". So does every straight male going into the house should not be stereotyped to be a guy-who-would-take-on-all-girls.

Has anyone considered that maybe Mr Gay doesn't just fancy anyone in the house? Or he is uncomfortable with males, because he doesn't want to get horny? lol.

Lol, I haven't been in there in a couple of years, but it sounds like it hasn't changed. The place is awfully small to justify its high price of admission.

well, i thought it was rather big and only a fiver in. they have a lovely roof terrace.....only problem is that your feet stick to the floor and the place (like all the gay places) is terrorised and intimidated by scary big butch lesbians

Sounds like it has changed quite a bit then. The place used have a very sardine can feel to it. I guess that will have changed too knowing that about three quarters of the people in most nightclubs are outside smoking on the roof now.

I have to say as a Gay man myself, other than Charlie, there isn't a man in there I remotely fancy. I can see exactly why Charlie isn't wanting to get into any of their trousers, I wouldn't either.

There is a myth that all Gay men are willing to hop into bed with any man, it's a myth. We have likes and dislikes just like straights.

Also, many Gay men are turned off by long hair - me included. Thus, Kris, Siavash and Marcus are a big turn off.
