Can someone tell me the reasons for Kris sophie and charlie going up?

I am a bit behind due work commitments.Could anyone put me in the picture as to why they are up and how they were told? Was it all announced on BBLB or did the three of them know before? :puzzled:

They discussed nominations and as a punishment they were were instructed to be completely silent for a certain amount of time or they would go up for eviction. But they spoke.
