Not sure you understand the rules of causality... Saying anything can't make you gay.

However being gay can encourage you to say certain things in unguarded moments.

This happens a lot in culture. Whenever a man falls out of favour with the public - they often start to question/spread rumours about his sexuality. Almost as if suggesting that he is gay, is an insult because of an ingrained belief that homosexuality means you are less of a man. it's a lazy insult and it's not very nice. Not that i am particularly accusing anone on this thread of doing it. Honestly.
